There's a way to tell if a pac-man game is authentic or not: At the start of the game, go: Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up, Right, Up, Left, Up. You will end up in the corner to the right of where you start. If the game is authentic, the ghosts will not touch you until you move away. This is the old-school pause method, since Pac-man doesn't traditionally have a pause button.

i dont know why most of the people prefer old school games better than new ones! i mean, yeah, old school games are fun, but there are more fun games!

Fun fact: Each of the ghosts has a separate "chase" pattern. The red one chases you, the pink and blue ones aim for where you may be going, and the orange one moves randomly.
