Feels like surviving at medium to high levels is more luck based on where the zombies are spawning then to any sort of skill I have. Getting overwhelmed is far too easy. Also castle weapon upgrades max too quickly, and are really puny.

shud be away to go back to the shop. You get stuck in an endless loop if you don't upgrade enough and keep dying. I just puts you back on the map. you can't quit or anything and go to shop. Still takes u back there on the map.. sigh...

To get all achievements/upgrades: leave 1 zombie alive, and collect all the boxes and resources. Boxes at the far left area give the most gold. After boxes stop spawning, kill the last zombie.

Is there a way to get to the upgrade screen from game without beating level. If not one fail will often mean consecutive fails, maybe even preventing completion of game. (this happened to me).

I liked it, but it felt way too short and uninvolved. By the time I really even had a feel for what was going on I was already 3/4 of the way done. I still don't know how exactly resources work or if specific ones upgrade specific things or w/e, we only ever had 2 real attacks, and it just...I don't know, it felt like it had a whole, whole lot more potential than it lived up to here. I had hoped it would end up using resources a little like 'chuck the sheep', but unfortunately that didn't turn out to be the case. Also, I'm not really too sure why the dead zone for ranged attacks was necessary; I mostly just found it frustrating. What was here was alright, but as I said, it just felt way too short and lacking in depth.

I have played worse. Nice layout/UI, you got a glitch with the boxes and the king running, if a box is getting spawned the king will only run slow even if I upgraded his running speed, if a box is not getting spawned the king can run pretty fast. And yep would like some sorta jump.

It was ok. If you like scrambling from door to door from zombies with massive spears as you try to grab any tools. Ok here's a good question, why can I pick up one of those spears or shields? If I can already carry a sword and a bow why can't I drop one and take the other weapons? I really wasn't very impressed by it, though it was a good idea. I think the zombies should've been able to slowly pass by the gates so you didn't have to room clear them. To me it feels broken, not sure about anyone else. 3/5

It's a very neat game over all. The style of illustration/ graphics is great. I really love the whole "worktablöe" Set-Up". The music is very entertaining too. But the gameplay is lagging a bit. It's a nice concept and it's fun for a couple of minutes but the speed of the game is getting to you in a bad way. And you are forced to play it with a certain strategy, which is eating a lot of time too (keep one zombie behind the boat, farm crates a.s.o. The second problem are zombie hordes. As soon as you have more than 3 Zombies together (even worse if they use polearms) you are pretty much screwed. Add a second skill or something to support the king. But overall... neat game dude!

A game with upgrades that forces you to repeat a level you failed without keeping resources and letting you upgrade in order to do the level you just failed is doing something wrong in my opinion...

This is one of those different kind of strategy games you see,not many other kind, cause of the fun gameplay and uniqiue idea,i give 5

A fun game, when you get lots of zombies surrounding you there are some good fights. The stun mechanic is a great combat and escape move. And cutting down boxes is fun............... But I feel the game could be so much more. The game is kinda repetitive since the zombies never really change. And the distances we have to walk is slow for how far we have to walk, even when speed is maxed out. And the rock/wool/wood/etc resources are all basically the same thing as far as I can tell. They might as well have been the same thing...... And the reward system is somewhat confusing. Do you want us to avoid zombies and loot chests, or do you want us to ignore the boxes and focus on only killing zombies since the reward chest is so good? Maybe have reward chests have cash/exp while other chests have castle upgrades. But the castle upgrades were pointless for me since I was never near the castle and it barely attacked the zombies when I was.

Game design flaw: Four facts: 1) objects spawn randomly 2) perma-safe zones/infinite stomps allow you to avoid a zombie forever 3) necessity of walking over drops to recover them 4) all unrecovered drops are lost once you kill the last zombie. The result is that not only are you penalized for killing zombies fast rather than "farming" the mission for drops first...you can sit around and farm forever with one zombie left, just stomping him and getting boxes for as much money as you want at any time.

Making melee suicidal is only remotely strategic if your ranged attacks do not have a ridiculous range shadow. 1/5 for the crappy minimum range on the bow coupled with the overall tediousness.

i would love to see more functional upgrades like faster attack speed and faster stomp recharge...perhaps the ability to jump and maybe some short range combos to make short ranged attacks more useful.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ridiculous that they spawn on either side of you...all the time, with no way of dodging. -yawn- frustration not worth the button mashing.

Need like at least a half a second invincibility after one hit or you just get crushed and health upgrades are useless.

I think you should have so long to survive each night, and the night ends when that time is up, rather then when all enemies are defeated.

The combat was either impossible or trivial depending on if you abused gates. And once you do start abusing the gates the game is entirely boring.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
an ok game, but unsatisfactory as far as Defense and Upgrade games go. Sure, you're defending... but yourself instead of an area. The upgrades are important, but quite boring with little freedom.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The upgrades are expensive but show now slight difference in damage so the importance of them are a waste of time i wonder what is the difference, its the same speed for the bows and damage? and when it comes to the meele weapons they are good and actually makes a difference but range is no diff

I think you should be able to do something when you get stuck. Like I'm at a point when no matter what I do I WILL die. It would be helpful we you could somehow continue to upgrade instead of just dying over and over and over again.

Truly original, uterly untested. There are too many errors and horrible inconvinves. The game forces you to camp in a litttle hidey hole and spam attacks, therefore damaging ones keyboard. Clicking would be mush more effective.

I loved how even during a zombie attack the kings face is just so uncaring lol. What a man. But hey 4/5 stars very good game. May i suggest tho that next time we maybe could replace the stomp with magic? A fire AoE attack would be awesome.
