Tips:
You can train every stat to 1000 (before equipment), so any animal works.
Focus on reactions and speed, and keep your health from dropping too low (doesn't need to be capped). Stamina doesn't matter because it applies over time, not distance, and if you're fast enough you can finish every race before it matters. More agility than you need to jump a single hurdle is unnecessary (though it may be fun to jump over the entire race).
Don't be afraid to click the "skip race"; it isn't a quit button, just completes the race instantly.
Cheats:
Before your first race, returning to the main menu and then continuing seems to put your money back at 300, but keeps your stats. You should be able to train to olympic-level before actually racing, if conscience permits.
There's a bug with the Go Faster Stripe shirt in the shop; you can keep clicking it to raise your speed by 20 each time, so you can make a mockery of what little challenge this game holds. I won't judge you (out loud).

A professional Guitar Hero player can probably max out reactions in a single minigame. A professional typist can probably max out speed in a single minigame.

Start with a high agility and stamina character because it's easier to get a lot of speed and reactions if you're decent at typing. Agility is just jumping and ducking. Stamina is just pressing space. Reactions is like a terrible guitar hero without the music. Speed is typing letters. The health minigame is unavoidable and is just squashing burgers.

It's a simple game with 5 mediocre minigames and an automatic race. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. This game is just like Duck Life but worse. If you want a game that has minigames in order to train stats, Swords and Souls has more interesting minigames and an interesting core game instead of literally no gameplay at all. The typing minigame (speed training) is good for learning how to type blind without making typos though.

I just finished the game in 15 minutes and 5 seconds without items. Tips: reaction + speed is all you need to win the game. I use the Croc and never spec stamina or agility, not once. Pick tracks with fewer meters to save HP. Pick tracks with fewer obstacles per unit of distance to favor speed over agility. Wait until the last ~10s until hammering burgers in the HP game since combos multiply your points. If you hit the occasional apple you may get fewer points but the game ended quicker, so the damage is limited. Observe where the apples fall and make sure you remember once they get covered in burgers. You can press "Skip race" as soon as you start the race, even before it visually shows. Matters since you do tons of races in total. Learn to calculate your actions ahead of time so you can get good at Reaction training. Get well over 100 points so you only have to play a few times. Same for Speed, aim for 75 points. Good luck!

I strongly recommend focusing on working on speed more so than the other abilities because the speed is what backs you up in the long term. By the way, quite a decent game. 3/5.

I'm not interested in having to repeatedly play mini-games ad nausea for minor stat boosts that don't have any impact on the game when the computer opponents are advancing in stats even faster.

Tip: Agility doesn't just make you get over obstacles quicker; it also launches you at great speed towards the finish line. At max agility (1185) on a race with lots of obstacles, the moment you touch an obstacle you'll essentially fly above the finish line like a weirdly disformed flappy bird figure, securing the 1st place in no time.

@swift244 stop blaming the game, the easy badge is simple af to get - i got first place on the second race. I just had to boost health three times and buy the shirt and hat. If completing a few childishly simple mini-games is such a torture to you, then it's not the game that's the worst here.

Minigames are worst I've ever had the chance to play. Demanding, with almost no margin for errors, and therefore frustrating without being entertaining. Furthermore, there is no way to win the easy badge without suffering through endless torment of the minigames because the starting stats does not allow you to get anywhere near the top 4 positions. The badge should at least be Medium if not Hard, due to mandatory torture.

It's appalling how poorly programmed the stat training is. It's smashed together with the items stats. So I have to remove items to train to max. And I can't even do that for some items. 1 star.

One of the runner got DNF in a race, so he got 0 points; but he was the first of the list, therefore the first classified was in "second" place and it took 8 points rather than 10. Bug?

My badger having won every race i the premier league by 100m spent his final prep day teaching me typing because he had a 14 pt lead on his opponent.
Come race day the 100m hurdles on a track, trips on the one hurdle and receives his trophy.

Oddly enough, if you press skip race, and someone DNFs, they remove the 12 point award from the group's scores, leaving the first place scorer with 8 points.

Ground breaking character creator. the 8 colors that the game offers on EACH of the starting clothes you can, and the 10 entire characters you can chose with unique starting skills you have a total of 640 completely different gameplay experiences! ABSOLUTELY GROUNDBREAKING. not only is the character creation an amazing experience and possibly even better than COH the actual gameplay with the minigames is great! when i first found this game in 2011-2012 i was around 9 and i sucked at all of the minigames, but there is so much room for improvement. today i completed my run starting as an all black horse with all above 900 at the end. the speed training was 60 every single time, and super challenging. becauseof game glitchiness/lag which is 100% my fault, i consistently got 10-50 on the reaction training. my only complaint is that the highest i could get on agility was 27. i still suck at the stamina training, but once i master that it will be an easy 1k everything game.

You might want to work on having the agility training to be more responsive. There are certain parts where it is physically impossible to do with the current key response times.

So, I have to bump my rating down to 1. I just won my 5th race, no medal. Even worse - DNF racers are AHEAD of everyone else. I came in first, but the game gave 0 points but the top billing to the guy who DNF'd. Bummer.
