damn, i used the walkthrough and its true that you dont get the achievement. i hadnt read the achievement and when i read it, i wanted to kill myself

Use blade on loose tile in wall (in the blood splotch in the center of the back wall.) Take SCREWDRIVER. Use screwdriver on radio and get CRUCIFIX.
-Exit room and go to the Chapel (Spirit). Use lit candle in open holder to left. Use crucifix on cross indentation. Put bible verse in the holy water. Take HEART.
-Go to train station (Transport). Note: If you see a weird TV headed guy as you exit you can’t do anything with him, he is just for ambiance. Wait for train and press button by the door to open it. Pick up CELL PHONE.
-Go back to the Knowledge room. Click on crow as it passes in the right hand picture to open up a drawer. Pick up the BOOK. Inside the book is a clue on the location of a hidden door in the cell. It also has a phone number.

If you use the walkthrough, Kongregates opens it in another window, and like all other multiple Kongregate sessions, the new window disconnects your old one from the chat. If you then complete the game, you won't get the badge. However, if you first press RECONNECT in the game window, this disconnects the walkthrough from Kongregate chat (but who cares, as it doesn't record scores). Then complete the game normally, while consulting the walkthrough window at your leisure, and you WILL get the badge.

Something nice would be for a little icon to show up, telling you what the object is when you mouse over it. Like in the inventory! It just gets kinda confusing :p

The only one I didn't get right away was the lens on the lights. The scenes at the end came and went to quickly for me to tell what was happening. I just got "mental breakdown" out of it.

ok i've done some things in game (I won't tell you so you could figure it out your self) and TV guy shoved up. Then I went to the portal where is photo of brains and then went to start but he disappeared.. 1 question: WTF?

Whoa, despite reading the comments about the TV-headed man, he really startled me when he randomly appeared. O_o
I really like this type of games, and this game is special because of its creepy, cold touch and the ability to make you feel powerless and vulnerable every time you are about to enter a new room.
To all who enjoyed the creepy surrealism in this game, I strongly recommend Yume Nikki, since these two games, aside from the genre, are very similar...

To start game, click on symbols on side of cube.
-Go to room with robot (Motion). Pick up WRENCH, COG, GASOLINE, and SPARK PLUG. Use Gas in funnel of generator. Use wrench to open up panel of generator and replace the spark plug. Put the cog in the open space of the conveyor belt.
-Turn on the generator to make the robot begin to walk. Pick up the piece that pops out. Use the LENS on the over head light until it turns orange. Fit the glowing piece into the eye of the robot.
-Enter the door that opens up (Knowledge). Pick up the LIT CANDLE.
-Exit room and go to the cell room (Contained). Pick up BIBLE PASSAGE. Note the roman numerals on the wall. (9, 15) Set clock to correct time and pick up RAZOR BLADE.

I have a feeling that the trick about the walkthrough is that they can't tell if you are using the walkthrough and are just messing with your head o.o either way, I'm not going to try it

Type number into cell phone (it changes every game) and click send. You will be taken to the subway and a trap door will open up. Open the panel and put the beating heart in its place.
-Go to the cell room and click where it shows you in the book to connect four yellow lines to open up the wall to a laser room.
-Make the lasers reflect the light from the machine to the head. You can set some of the mirrors to one of three different positions each to bounce the light around. The mirror connection on the far right is a red herring. Take the BRAIN.
-Go to the far back room with the head scan image and open the panel. Place the brain in its place. Watch the bizarre ending. You are out.. or are you?

tv guy isnt that scary, unless its early in the morning or stupid o clock at night and your so focused into this game, then he he might kinda scare you

Ein etwas ungewöhnliches Spiel, hab es endlich geschafft und bin durch. Es hätte ruhig länger sein können. Jetzt auf zum 2. Teil.

One of the most interesting escape games, though playing Synapsis 1 & 2 in order I'm concerned for the guy's mental well being. What happens to him next?
