also im betting that its a wealthy businessman's descent into madness (debt from gambling, new job duties, etc) or a clever way for a company to control someone's mind with a magic box and have them do crazy stuff, like run around with a TV on their head :D

Last time I saw a puzzle box unlocked, Pin Head and the rest of his HellRaiser friends appeared. Not sure I want to go poking it!!

(continued)Then, when you open the way to the mind,(for which you need to move the muscles, to send messages to the brain, that you felt something while moving)you have to make it "escape" from unconciousness. After that, you let oxygen go to the mind and wake up(finish the game)
P.S. The guy with the TV,(Who scared the crap out of me, twice!!!) shows the same video, as when you wake up, and comes out after big events( like when you open the way to the heart) and he indicates getting closer to healing yourself! (Sorry about spelling words like "unconcious", and MAYBE syntax, I'm from Greece and I don't know the language perfectly :) )

Blargh, I finished the game once and it didn't give me the achievement! But I played the game again and got it so all is well :P It goes by really quick the second time. The only part that really had me stumped at all was what to do was the phone, it took me awhile to find the book. And the tv head guy gave me a jump too boot! Not sure why though...

The portal background (also in the brain room) reminds me of the vortex from Doctor Who (the one from the 9th and 10th doctors).

So, as it seems, he had a heart attack, and he healed himself via his unconcious!!! In the room with the robot, he regained control of his muscles! also he found the WAY to heal his heart. Afterwards, with the help of the God, he healed his heart. In the room where the heart must be placed, you see the screen from which the heart watched the brain(the concious side), which was "imprisoned" because of not having oxygen, sent by the heart. Knowing that this game is a little old, it's still mind bending. I've had my experiences with this game, but there's just something about it that makes it so... weird. Good job, robotJAM.

Nice game...actually the "achievements" scared me off a bit...and then the no sleeping comments...still I was too intrigued to say no...and the game isn't that hard...or my intuition just kicks @$$ ^_^
But seriously, I love the concept of it...the thing in the spirit section freaked me a bit out though '-_-

I literally had chills when the TV head guy popped up. At first I didn't even notice him then I saw him and was a bit startled... I went to the chruch part again and when I went back he was gone... why??

damn, i used the walkthrough and its true that you dont get the achievement. i hadnt read the achievement and when i read it, i wanted to kill myself

Use blade on loose tile in wall (in the blood splotch in the center of the back wall.) Take SCREWDRIVER. Use screwdriver on radio and get CRUCIFIX.
-Exit room and go to the Chapel (Spirit). Use lit candle in open holder to left. Use crucifix on cross indentation. Put bible verse in the holy water. Take HEART.
-Go to train station (Transport). Note: If you see a weird TV headed guy as you exit you can’t do anything with him, he is just for ambiance. Wait for train and press button by the door to open it. Pick up CELL PHONE.
-Go back to the Knowledge room. Click on crow as it passes in the right hand picture to open up a drawer. Pick up the BOOK. Inside the book is a clue on the location of a hidden door in the cell. It also has a phone number.
