I played hard mode and left about in half of the game. Now I came back to finish it, but when I click continue it's a fresh normal mode... What happened?

Bug: I started a game on HARD, closed my browser, came back later and it has me on the right level, but on NORMAL difficulty. Please fix, or just let us change the difficulty from the level select screen.

If you get stuck on the 4th level, maybe this is too fast paced for you. Stick with turn-based and stop dissing good games you aren't good at.

First comment ever and this game is really good I thought it would be a boring game just like all the other games like this but the upgrade system and how you have to transfer units is a good idea. Great game RoughSeaGames

Instead of having to capture all of the nodes to win, i think it would be better if you only had to destroy the enemies. Going back and capturing all the nodes when your the only one left seems kind of pointless.

Thanks so much! I am overwhelmed by all the great feedback I am getting here. I currently learn a lot and I will definitely try to improve the next version of Neo Circuit to address most of the issues you brought up.
The next updated version will only fix some major bugs, as the save problem and some smaller issues. To fix the balancing is much tougher, because I have to replay all the levels and check if they are still challenging enough. I am already planning a second version, where all the great feedback from you will go into. So I am very open for more suggestions...keep it coming. Its much appreciated! Please be a little patient, I got a full time job to fulfill as well! :)

I like the style of this game. I know there are quite a few games like this around, but this one stands through it's style. I also like the upgrade factor.
So this is quite an OK game. except for the fact that I get stuck at lv 4 on normal difficulty. I find it a major turnoff if I can't succeed at a level within two attempts before the 25% mark. If I got absolutely stuck by lv 16 or so, it'd be forgiven. but it's by lvl 4.

I just want to say this has been one of the better cell type games i've played. Its very strategic but not over done very nice job

23 on hard is absolutely impossible. The game is AWSOME...but Orange just takes everything out. I have tried quick advance and also sit there and wait for them to kill each other. However, that never happens. Orange just takes over everything, every time.

I'm actually quite surprised at how low the rating is; the genre may be nothing groundbreakingly new but it's certainly not a bad one, and this one happens to be done exceptionally well. I'd have to say this deserves no less than a 4.05, it's quite a shame. That's not even counting the amount of feedback the developer's given; kudos to you, I say.
Wow, thank you. I think the rating is so low because of the difficulty of some levels. An easy mode is really necessary and some levels seem too hard. I am still learning what difficulty is ok for most of the ppl.

Excellent, enthralling and even when your beat you cant stop trying new ways to over come the enemy, knowing that later in game the addition of different structures will add to your arsenal and make you change your playing pattern.
many differnet stratergies including sacrifice for upgrade, store and fill a hub for fast overpowering attack etc.
couldnt stop till i finished now , played it again and again, now awaiting more levels or v2 :)
5/5 addicting :)

- Click and drag to start an attack
- Cut the connection by dragging a line across
- Press SPACE to speed up the game
- Upgrade CPUs by clicking & holding
PVP would be nice but you need servers for matchmaking as well as all the matchmaking features. I will look into GameCenter to support matchmaking on iOS in on of the later updates ;).

finnaly got absured done:D where is the submit button for kongregate, when i hit submit it is just single level to mochi, got one more suggestion, should add another option or somthing so its easier to work with laptop(like use keys to select and attack) but make it one or the other not both because i think that would make it more complicated

Possible Suggestions: Custom Difficulty, Level Editor, Changable Colour (Not needed but I get a bit bored of blue), hope I helped
Those are good ideas, especially the custom difficulty. Leveleditor is already in place for the sequel, just have to polish it a bit more. Changeable color is also a good idea.

Since you want advice, here's some to lessen the annoyances: 1) get rid of (or allow us to skip) the deployment of each level. 2) allow for skip tutorial to skip ALL the tutorials and not make us click it off each level.

If everything goes smooth I will upload a new version tonight. It will include a easy and a absurd (very hard) mode. Absurd and Hard mode will be unlockable.

can't repeat lvl 23 2:54, but it involved taking the upgrade, being patient and rigging it so the others ran out of power
now stuck on 27. best try so far was taking orange's base

Excellent game, but I noticed a few bugs and issues:
1. Occasionally the green ring around a certain node would refuse to load, and would have a little thumbnail in (what would be) the top left corner of said green ring.
2. If you create two connections from one node, and one of the things that the node is connected to is full, the node won't send any charges to either node.
3. I'm not sure what the gray bars in nodes mean (the ones that turn colored while upgrading). They appear to be inconsistent because in H (non-production) they seem to indicate how full the node is, but in the rest they don't change.
Thanks for any fixes, you've got a gem here, it just needs a bit of polishing!

I have to agree with a number of people, I cannot seem to find a way past level 23. Despite this, it is still a very good game, well thought out, simple yet challenging. Something I have noticed which annoys me, not sure if others have or not, is that it is difficult to determine whether a hub is at level 2 or 3 - the numbers on them look nearly the same (H-2 and H-3). Currently 4.5/5 (Round to 5/5), and favorite. Keep up the good work!

Great game, i haven't played anything like this in a long time, my only complaints is that it lacks variety and I'm constantly curb stomped into a small mechanical paste on level 23, none the less 4.5/5

about frankm1's bug, I think it happened to me as well. On level 2 created a connection from my cpu to another one, but when it was time to upgrade it, I did and the tutorial message didn't change so I was stuck.

Great game, one of the best of this type. There is a small bug that freezes the game if you start playing without doing the tutorial.

I dislike the way you have to own all nodes to win, and the way when you capture something it starts off with 5 charge. If you own all productive nodes and the enemy has no charge in any of his, the game is as good as won, and the free 5 charge gives the advantage to the human player, who appears to be able to click faster than the AI.
4/5
Thanks for the feedback. In one of the next versions I will change the winning behaviour. The 5 power add rule after winning a node, is a solution to fix permanent owner changes, when fighting over a node. I haven't found a better solution yet, but I am open to good ideas! :)

Amazing game. I've also played probably all the games with the same mechanic, however this one also has an upgrade system, 8-bit sounds, and a high difficulty (that's a + for me) especially at the last level. 5/5 no doubt

Props to the Dev for fixing the visible path of transfer :)
Is there any info on how the diff units produce energy? Some levels seems harder if you spend energy to upgrade to lv 2 chips.

Great game! Plus your very active and always taking suggestions, I look forward to a sequel and other awesome games from you.

Excellent start. Definitely room to expand on the concept. I love the theme you went with as well! The only part I didn't like was not being notified when a CPU, GPU or RAM was taken. I also didn't like how when it was" tied" on a piece, it would flash between the owners, removing any connections you made. These two things led to a few mishaps that could've otherwise been avoided.
Perhaps to fix the "tying", make the threshold for actually conquering a piece a higher rate than the rate the piece can attack at. That way, if an AI (or player) wanted to conquer a piece, they actually have to beat it, instead of just match it.
Very helpful feedback. Not cutting all connections after conquering a node leads to several problems, this is why i decided to do it. I will experiment with it in next versions. I agree that conquering a node is too easy sometimes and thats why it changes back and forth. The user feedback when loosing nodes is not enough, but thats caused due to fast owner changes. Anyway you brought up really good points. Thx!!

For the love of god... can you fix so we can see what way the power is flowing? im getting so angry at the game right now. Not cause im bad at it, but because when loosing to having ONE connection set on the wrong way is... Annoying...

This was a really fun game. I like how there is a speed up button (useful in the early levels). But the rules are too erratic for me to get a feel for any strategy. I ended up just trying various gimmicky methods until one worked. The cause of this is the fact that you get free money from transport nodes, which makes no sense and really hurts the strategy since you cannot defend against 5 enemy energy taking every point when distracted and then suddenly having 50 energy. What would have really helped would have been a pause action move where you pause the game but let us re-work our lines which over time became incredible hard to manage and directly lead me to losing multiple times.
Thanks, very good feedback. I will think about that idea. I wanted the game to be fast paced, but I agree that in some levels its hard to find a good strategy.
