There's actually lots of room for customization, using different combinations of coders/artists/sound/writers matter. I see not being able to fire as a good thing, it makes you think of the long game more. No hand holding here and I like it. Five stars from me

Its a cool game but my workers arent very productive :/ they come to work Sleeping the Day at the evening they go home and absolutely do Nothing

@ROWKILLA -- "It's a descent enough game with some clever mechanics, some people might get some enjoyment out of it. Descent programming, acceptable art, mediocre sounds.. Wish I could've taken out a loan, jeesh.. Poured 200G's into the best mid-sized game, four employees with full skill-sets, so all I could afford was 'small' marketing, and of course, the game still didn't bring in enough to make another. Have you even played your own game sir? Maybe a better tutorial, or adjust some variables.. because I am definitely missing something?

ok ivve been having a big problem with one thing i start s small scale project have enough money have enough workers and work tables but my workers just do NOTHING if u could fix that i would rate this five stars but cause i cant get any games atleast 2 and a half stars i will rate this one star but not yet if u fix it ill rate it five stars ok

This game is great but it has so much more potential. Please make more cities for more workers and please do something about the white arrow scrolling things. Also, more categories for games would be great.

in armor games, it was harder than this one, now, i usually use the armor games version because i got the hang of it and has more challenge.

I've got seventeen workers, none of them are in the building at the moment and the game has slowed done quite a bit. I don't understand why it's done that

i started to lag up at 25 employees, again, AS MANY OTHERS have mentioned, grant the ability to fire them, i know it is employees because at night it goes very smoothly like it use to, also, my training portable thingies, they are glitching as well, i've told some of my workers to learn, but then they never learn, they just stand next to it - FIX THESE GLITCHES/lagging issues

could you put a bar þat shows all the workers and their skills cause its not really easy to know their specializations and until then its a 4/5

i wish you could sort the workers on the project manager window, would make it a hell of a lot easier to start multiple projects at the same time, im having to guess workers specialities :/

also, a glitch, I was about done assigning my workers to a small scale project, and just before I did, the month finished. I was done that previous month, I just needed to push the button. I pushed the button that month, and everyone came to work and sat there sleeping and eating the next 2 months after. Please fix this, I lost my progress to the likes of this bug!

Could you add these in the next update?
1: I'm finding it really hard to personalize my workspace without enough room, please increase the building space significantly?
2: Also, a "Most costly workplace" award, call it what you want. But it calculates the altogether cost of your workspace. Its bonus would be "items cost 2.5% less" and the bonus would not affect future awards by subtracting from value.
3: more decor, like wallpapers, carpets and maybe furniture?
4: work time starting from January to December. The whole year may or may not require increases in award bonuses, I'll leave that up to you.
5: A customizable YOU. You can change hair style and whatnot and maybe a few mini bonuses to choose from, gender, name and maybe a few starter experience points? And you, the player, are required to get him to eat, drink and anything you may add in the future.
These are a few of my ideas, I think if you add them it will greatly enhance gameplay, but really, the end decision is up to you.

This would be fun if not for the glitches! A worker keeps walking into the wall (has no obstacles.) Two workers are sleeping even though they have access to their necessary areas, and they don't appear on the list to assign to training or jobs. A workaround would be to fire glitched workers...

i think you should be able to get a loan from a bank, because when your not making income then you just lose money forever. at least if you got a loan you could break even -_-

I'm somehow loving this game. Okay a bit laggy but the graphics and style is brilliant and its concept is phenomenal. WELL DONE MAN 10/10.
