There is project in the list, but workers are still sleeping. There is no worker is available for new project as well.

You need to be able to fire workers!!!! What am I supposed to do when one of the NPCs is stuck against a wall and can't do "PRE-PRODUCTION"???

Moreover, there should be restrictions to prevent those in pre-production of a project from training and prevent those in training to keep from being used in a project. Simply re-programming it to remove employees in training from the employee selection list as you do for those already doing a project should do the trick.
Lastly, in some areas, prices are written incorrectly and the money is correct to 3 decimal places, not 2. Not to mention that the employee hiring cost is not a decimal number and is, therefore, misleading.

Five problems:
No pause button or any button which freezes time. A game that is similar to this "Office Story" also pauses when a large window is opened up. Therefore, I am forced to use the build mode button as a pause button and am forced to keep pressing it as I work with the large windows (as I'm not that a fast thinker and don't like wasted time). Therefore, either pause button or a time stop button (which acts as a pause button) should be added.
There also is the apparent lack of the ability to drag the scroll bar on a large window when in build mode, forcing me to keep clicking the up and down buttons when selecting staff for a project.
Next, there is no ability to change the scale of a project after selecting the staff, so I keep having to re-select the genre and re-type the name I personally chose whenever going back to New Project start window. Buttons should be added when going back and forth between stages in preparing to start a new project.

this games awesome but runs really really slow once my team reached 20 people so it gets all of my one star until thats fixed then it will get 5 stars

There reay needs to be a wayto expand your office and if there is please tell me and there shold be a way to fire workers and also when there is a streak of all bad comments there neds to be a least one good comment because somebody somewhere out there has to like the game. It also boostes your workers virtual spirits. :D

I think it is a problem that I cant assign a worker who is done with his part of a projekt to another projekt before the first one is done. I have 2 workes sleeping but cant ask them to start a new projekt because some other guy is finishing a game they were earlier involved in...

this is a horable game to build the smalest game it costs 8.622 but i am only making around 4.0 a day with my curent games that are out and my expensises for the day is 7.196 so i will never make the money to make a new game to get money. you should be able to make a smaller game that is free to make 1/5 would give 0/5 if i could

not tying to bother you but you should make a Games Crop to with alot new things like maybe telling me how to save xD and maybe different citys and alot more stuff and maybe mulitplayer i have alot of high hope son this game and i hope you deliver sir
