You should add a way to name your workers so its easier to identify them since all of them will always have at least one other person with the same name.

Also, all my guys sleep when two of them need to write this story but I accidently put the writer in a Training Cubicle so everyone just sleeps all the time ._.

My guys just moonwalk next to their workplaces. Please fix! + if you have the same problem or if you want it fixed so that the dev will see this!

A rare yet game breaking bug I've run into is one or multiple workers getting stuck in place and not doing anything ever again, which thusly makes creating games impossible.

I just lost several game days with my guys coming in and standing at the water cooler and fridge. I had 2 teams of 20 guys doing nothing while I put in new stuff, removed the cooler and fridge and clicking on things in hopes of figuring out what happened.
In the end I had to refresh the widow to get everyone back to work. Just FYI in case it happens to anyone else.

To all those going bankrupt: Its not worth it to do small projects unless you have employees that are maxed in their specialty skill. Do one at the end of year 1 to get the awards, but then focus on micro projects until your guys are at least 80% in one of their skills. Otherwise you're wasting your money on small projects.

@kkiilleerrbbii set the fridge and water cooler to hot dog and juice so that they don't have to take breaks as often.

You need three statues within 4 spaces of each employee to max out environment bonus. Have enough statues to cover all workstations and tables, but not training station since it doesn't have any effect on training. Salaries are based on skill level. They don't increase if they are not working on projects. That being said, its tempting to start training employees right away when you hire them, but don't do that! Put them to work doing mini-projects until their skill (the one you've picked for them to specialize in) is maxed out. Then train them and put them on bigger projects.

so all you guys who are going bankrupt in the beginning what you need to do is make two games with no training micro scale then get two training cubicles and teach them surreal engine in coding and sound frog then start cranking out micro horror games because it relies so much on sound and simulation because it relies so much on coding then make two of each get final upgrades for coding and sound and make more hire more people do the same thing but with art and writing then your on your own p.s. I made 2 billion dollars with this

I've just experienced a weird glitch where one of my workers just constantly stands in one place. Now I have a team of 4 workers who can't do anything because the planning phase never can work due to the one stuck worker. Please fix this
