How to get on top: start out with your team of 2, and DON'T hire any more off the bat. Choose a specialty for each of the two guys and build those skills until they are green. For training in art just crank out a bunch of puzzle games, for coding do simulations, etc. After you built up the skills you chose, (DON'T make one guy the jack of all trades, that is a surefire way to get yourself broke. Each guy should only have one skill in which he is good at) start cranking out good quality micro games as you hire two more guys and build up their skillset. After all four guys have one green skill and know all three tools for that skill, just crank out the small scale games. Then work on, using the same tactic, building up a team large enough to do medium and, eventually, large.

It starts very good if you can use a good strategy, for example not training everyone brainlessly but giving them experience with constant work first. Unfortuantely after a while it turns out to be a total chaos since you don't know who to send to training (he might be working on a project) and vica versa.
Also after a while (around 2016 jan with 30 workers) it starts to lag a lot and slows down.
Very interesting and fun game at the beginning. I like the idea, 4/5

lastly, in the project manager screen, when i am upgrading software or art tools, etc, the overall cost needs to increase and decrease as I toggle the options. I get to situations where the list costs is near the original based on scale, and don't know how long I must wait until i have enough money to " create" or if i ever will for those options...

in project manager screen, allow a bigger screen so the letters f s v will also have the "type" of specialization it is...art or sound or.... this will help me choose quickly who works.

also, it would be nice if i could review a person from the project manager "assign person" team. Lastly, there needs to be an easy, graphic in game way to see what the specialty letters correspond to, and not rely on colors to do this (people are color blind). for instance: c1, c2, c3, c4 for the four levels of code specialization rather than letters u, f, w, etc...; or cU, cF, etc. it would save time and avoid confusion. It is a good concept. I appreciate your work and effort to improve it...

to assist the player's organization, please add: a left and right scroll next to worker names in the upper right worker box so i can toggle between individual worker stats (so i choose better teams/trainings). Also, add a pause button, so i can assign projects and train without losing time. Further, add a "main menu" button. Additionally, add a way to see if hiring/building will prevent me from covering game costs...thank you

2 of my workers are in an endless loop of eating and drinking because i moved the drink machine and refrigerator and now they cant work

Good lord. IT is so annoying that your team can't start thinking of an idea because one guy is missing and eating! Then when he returns another guy goes! PLS FIX!

Would be nice to change Tile colours. You know, instead of the system making the title of the game for you, why can't we just edit or make a title of our choosing. You seriously want a horror game to be called " Pigs Magic"?!
+ if you agree

There's 3 reasons I can think why you wouldn't be able to do a small project.
1. Not enough money.
2. Not enough people
3. When you are assigning people, you aren't assigning the 4 people required (has to be exactly 4).

Sorry about the massive wall of text. Didn't know where else to put other than comments. If there are forums I have no idea how to get to them.

Starting guide for this game:
1. If you're new and don't know how to play, do the tutorial, refresh the page, clear your save, and then skip the tutorial (on the new game).
2. Don't have anyone train, hire only 2 people to begin with. Make those 2 create games with both of them doing everything.
3. Put variety into the games you make your 2 workers create. Make sure that all 4 of their skills go up continuously. The better their skills, the better their games.
4. When all 4 of their skills are maxed out (or very close) then you can hire 2 more people. If you've been doing it right, the original 2 workers should have made a bunch of games with increasing quality and that should be giving you a good chunk of funding.

5. Once you have 4 workers, have your 2 new workers, creating micro games, to increase their level in a specific skill (coding, art, sound, writing) until they are somewhere between halfway and maxed.
6. While your 2 new workers are creating junk games to increase skill, have your 2 original workers (who should have near max on all 4 of their skills) creating micro games together to get a ton of money.
7. When your two new workers are atleast halfway, that is when you can start training your 4 workers in specific skills. Have one train in code, one train in art, one train in sound, and one train in writing. You should have 4 people who are near master in a specific skill. At that point, you should put them all doing small games with each worker doing what the are specified in.

Sidenote tips:
1. Plants, plants everywhere. Your office should look like a jungle. Have plants close to your work stations, tables, etc.
2. When you have a good chunk of money, set fridge and water cooler to "work faster" (chips/tea).
3. Tables are considered one big table if two+ are touching. So you have to have 2 tables not touching each other to have 2 teams of 2, and have 2 tables touching to have 1 team of 4.
4. Put the fridge and water cooler somewhere in the center or close to the work stations. It helps when the workers don't have to go a long way to get their food.

OH DEAR GOD XD (I created names hoping it would make the critics sound stupid, I got one right off the bat with "MyDik". Kotakoo: (skipping the first half) "MyDik is horrible and no one should get near it."

Got 470 million dollars and the other studios can't even come close to competing with my game quality or revenue. Guess this is GG?

For some reason the quality of the game often has no effect on critic reviews. My most recent game had about 860 quality but 0-0.5 in all critic reviews. A game made by two newbies I have had about 40 quality but got 1-2 in all critic reviews.

This is a very creative idea for a game in my opinion. I like that it has a nice challenge with the rival studios. But I have one sole request! Please add more game genres! That would be really nice to have the option to make internet games!

I once got a game that was rated 3 star and a 4 star and then reset my game because sales dropped down after that... now i made a game that was reated 5 star by 2 critics...
