More tips: When you think about marketing budget you should choose the most appropriate amount.. For game qualities ranging 1-30 should be non ranging 50-90 Small ranging 100-299 medium 400-500 and above (If one thousand and above then lucky you) is Large

For starters...DONT ever specialize one person at the beginnning it kills the workers ability to take their other skills up and working on multiple tasks... now when you have 8 people you can now start specializing people BUT even out the number of every special... so with 8 persons you should get 2 artists, 2 coders, 2 writers, and 2 sound specialist then just make a lot of small or medium scale games it is recommended to have all the specialist (every kind) to be able to use the best programs NOTE: only do this when you have...A LOT of money like 5mil because this process is costy... then when it comes to late games all workers should be specialized by now, so you can do whatever you want now if you wanna screw yourself up then go ahead...no I'm kidding.
P.S. The reason why Non specialized personnel are good at beginnings is that they can maximize all the skills.

I chanced a thousand star rating medium scale game then when published... WORST GAME EVER.. what the hell how come micro scale ones for me have better ratings...

It is nearly impossible to earn money on this game before hen you make your first small scale game. The money keeps drastically falling before the end of the month.

In the sequel, if there is one, I hope more content is added to this. It gets repetitive, and basically shallow. I basically have my workers do one thing over and over again, with out deciding anything other than genre, who works on it and what they use to make it.

Great game - very good idea. I'm getting a lot of lag now that I have 16+ workers. It's a shame because I'm really enjoying it.

Problem: I put two workers on a project and now they just stand at the water cooler and the fridge eating and drinking, occasionally switching places. Their hunger/thirst, however, was not affected. Needs serious bugfixing, but a good concept. A flawed gem, as totalcrumpet might call it

I have an issue. Had quest "move to Vancouver" appeared after I basically moved to Vancouver. How may one fix that? :D.

I have become richer than everyone else, hired everyone possible, get every award every year, probably put activision out of business with all the shooter games i release, and yet i am still not fulfilled... I must make more games... more... MORE GAMES
