Need to fix the damn turrets. LITERALLY been sitting here 20-30 mins now trying to take the only base i can get to but a SINGLE TURRET is killing all my beetles before they reach it.

Additional bug: if a tower occupies a space where multiple bases overlap in influence, if one base goes down, the turrets in the shared area despawn.
Also, it took five towers and constant assault to overwhelm the opponent in the last level when teal occupied the chokepoint.
Also, the component of massing reserves at a base loses its meaning when the number of creatures that can attack at once is capped and set.

Interesting, but typical for an "invasion" strategy game. The addition of towers don't actually do much for you; the cost of placing a tower is prohibitively high, and the towers themselves are ridiculously weak compared to the mess of enemies you have to defend against.
Combine that with the path-based system, which removes a lot of the strategy involved in a game like this, and I think the game winds up somewhat weaker than most games of its type.

It would be nice if you fixed the multi command. I'd like to be able to select four or more bases and have them all send units to the destination selected.

ok well apparently pausing and then unpausing tipped the battle which had stood even for about 20 min with me building towers that would no longer fit!!!

You get a skill upgrade for every 5 spawning nest you capture in total. In other words it wont work if you let the enemy recapture it over and over again.

argh this game is awesome but i'm in a stale mate between me the beetles and the cockroaches computer.. i have 300 units and more cities its just that theres only one city i can attack so i can't win ='[ but other than that its an awesome game.

lol. the quee was pretty fun. i guided her and builtup a forch of 1,000 roaches in my original spawn then guided her to it.took 300 roaches buti killed her

for all you that cant beat level 8, your terrible... I failed quickly the first time... beat it the second time no problem... the key is to get control of the bottom, then stockpile all ur dudes at the closest to the middle that you have control of... when you have a bunch there keep on attacking and sending from all ur nests too that attacking nest, keep doing so until u gain control of it
not that hard... I did 1 speed upgrade, rest stregth btw

Level 8 is flawed. i've got 100 troops in all my 4 spawns, i have lots of towers near the enemy lines, i've continually send troops to the enemy across the 1 small road that i can send them. the oter guy just floods his only colony that i can attack. i can only send troops from 1 colony
My towers do not enough damage even though i have 8. the other guy build 1 tower, and my troops can't reach him. upgrades speed once, strenght 3 times. impossible to win

I mean those pop ups make it hard to give directions to your unit, since sometimes you get the popups, instead of selecting the spot, and because of the slow down.

There are these silly pop ups telling you how many units are in a spot, what team and side they are on. But almost all that information is already self evident, but more importantly they majorly slow down the game and make it hard to give instructions too.

Ants: use all speed or 3 speed and 1 strength
Beetles:use all strength or 3 strength and 1 speed
Roach:2 speed and 2 strength
Hoppers:???...sorry i don't know..

to beat the queen you want to take all of the bases first. then when the queen comes out of the base it is in you quickly take it. after that you send forces to attack the queen from both sides. (building towers might help too)

Original game is pretty easy, but Queen Mode is insanely hard. There's no curve, you just go from dominating to being dominated. As far as I can tell, you can't level in Queen Mode either, so you're stuck being weak the entire time.
