I love the way you can send like 200 totems before they start hitting the castle as they suck at aiming so they can't push forward fast enough by themselves. Like I killed Overlord Frog while it was still around his castle with Cerberus holding it in place and totems giving hell to the frog.

This game is Super Garbage and has nothing to do with Epic War 3, 4 and 5 which are much better than this trash flash game. The idea of MANA is an evil ideology for this game. And Epic War 1 is even worser than this one. Oh my god.

a good game but the inability to auto fire the castle bow or turn it on or off causes my hand to crap extremely bad in the longer stages.

Pro tip: Don't spam hobbits against the final boss. Don't spam any melee fighters at all once the boss comes out, because when he pounds them it creates a shockwave that damages your own castle. Spam archers, and alternate between titans and angels. Then it's easy. Magicians apparently make the boss stronger, although a few can keep the other enemies under control.

So apparently they changed the final boss while I wasn't looking, and now archers are as useless as magic was before R.I.P.

If you are using humans on the last battle do not use your titan unit. Only use dragons and angels, the King of Hell will attack if you do use your titan and everytime he attacks he hurts your castle.

sorry but final boss is impossible and the pro tip for the badge is a LIE! Elves are TERRIBLE for that fight, I can't even get him halfway down with orcs and they came the closest for me even trying a few of the strategies mentioned in comments.

make sure you have barracks, archery and academy upgraded to the max, as well as arrow tower to lvl 4. Send 2 paladins whenever you're feeling overwhelmed, then upgrade the mana pool when you get the opportunity. Make sure you kill the totems first. Wash, rinse, repeat.
NOTE: this strategy works for all races

As a general rule, if I have tokeep losing a battle after obsessively replaying previous levels and upgrading like hell it means the game is unbalanced and there's only one possible way of winning. And I'm not wasting time with a puzzle pretending it's action.

phew, finally managed to beat last level with humans. If someone else like me is lazy to upgrade elves here's the strategy for humans: 1st destroy the castle and defend all the counter attacks by simply spamming paladins and mages preferably having one arch angel tanking in front. 2nd: Wait till enemy only send weak units and you should just stop sending anythig and let all your your units die, wait till they come close to the castle then spawn (only) arch angel, wait, spawn another one, and so on. By the time you reach boss there should be 4 angels stacked and when they are about to reach him spam paladins, 3rd: when angels are about to die, stop sending paladins and repeat the angel stacking.
