Definitely needs a "Stand your ground" button that works (like the units will go exactly where you tell them to and not move at all). It would also benefit from being able to control individual units. And by that I mean one unit. So one dwarf. Not one "unit type" of which you have 45. Controlling individual units would at times be helpful (like luring out opposing heros).
Great game though, thoroughly enjoying it so far!

I tried to hit "save" but instead hit "exit", which immediately took me to the Main Menu. When I clicked "Continue", it had erased my progress, leaving me with ONE territory conquered, instead of two [plus the battle I defended]. This should be changed so that it doesn't one-click exit you and instead asks for confirmation. Nearly all other games I've played have this function.

You can push all the way to the enemy castle, and watch them summon an army twice the size of yours. 11/10, would die again.

im about to be one of those guys but im really pissed at a double counter attack causing me to lose cause my army cant rebound when they have an army that's gonna be 3-4 times larger than your army at the time.

okay THIS IS IMPORTANT ! ! ! ! once you JUST FINISHED A CAMPAIGN make sure you DON'T START A NEW GAME IMMEDIATELY but hit CONTINUE INSTEAD!! this way you get to spend that massive amount of money you made in the campaign's final battle which is ~500.000! hit + to let more people know

Game needs an option to toggle auto chase off and on. My general almost got himself killed multiple times because he refused to obey my retreat orders.

1 small recomendation to quickly make first achievement (and today's 2x) select the Barbarian conqueror hero and take any 1 kingdom, you'l have 5 kingdoms and achievement done.

To get money a bit quicker: If you're dominating (full army) and they call a revenge wave, you can pull back from destroying the castle to destroy the revenge wave/s, then finish the castle off. If you destroy the castle too soon you won't get the money from all the revenge wave kills. (usually a difference between 30K money and 100K money)

Protip: Pick Viegraff the Red as your first character. He unlocks some of the best spells AND units in the game. As a second pick, I'd probably go with Grimtooth. (green general)

That thing the hero does, where you tell him to go stand in a specific spot, but it's just close enough for him to decide to go back and start attacking again and die? That's super annoying. You should really make that... not happen.

If i can say a few things,i suggest not to take rembrant the bloody , the last level will be alot more harder for you.Maybe if you pick the others,it will be a bit easier.

Warning! If you don't manual save after doing caves and start a new character, you will lose all that progress! Also, you need to manual save for it to count for the Badge. You also get new cards every 2 levels instead of every 1 like the game says.

About Halfway through the first campaign (if you've played smart) you can just sit back and go watch YouTube or something and you'll win the battle when you check back afterwards. This nets you a ton of gold and experience, perfect for maxing out what you haven't already maxed.
