I could care less that I'm probably gonna get so many votes down for this, but I got quickly bored of this game, it is kind of repetitive, course I should give this game more time, maybe I'll end up liking it. In which I will, but for now, it's 3.5/5 (Mostly because I haven't given it a chance)

The point of a sequel, or a game series is to make the game better, to make it more enjoyable. There were many things that could have been changed from EW5. Not only did you get rid of the good parts from EW4, but you made the change from them even worse. Having to click each unit just to cast an ability is horrible. Epic wars had a simple base. Don't let your castle die; kill their castle. This isn't even Epic War anymore.. Could have done way better.

This game's arguably better than it's predecessors, better graphics and music. Losing bowmaster's gameplay makes it more original, but combat is borderline uninteractive. 2/5 for at least not being a ripoff.

I liked all the other Epic War games but this one felt a bit underdeveloped. The controls were wonky for me, often resulting in characters doing nothing. Frequently, I find myself unable to select any units. Most strategy went pretty much entirely out the window for me because I never felt I could accurately control my characters. Along with this, I also agree with others saying that upgrades become all but pointless by the end game and, in general, it would be nice to see more upgrades available. The 9 upgrade system has been used several games now, unless I'm mistaken. I look forward to seeing if these issues are fixed for Epic War 6

The artwork is really good, and all the animations are really cool. The only thing this game lacks is faster battles. It gets really drawn out when I spend more than twenty minutes on a single battle.

It'd be nice if you could have some information on your units in the formation screen, I'd like to know what this armored troll looking thing is.

i never really liked this one.epic war 1 and 2 were pretty good the rest felt like it was going downhill. Bring back the giant bow!!!!

No offense but I lost interest in these "Epic War" games after Epic War 2. Sure each game has different characters and different stories but the gameplay is still the same. Is there nothing to be added to the game to enhance the experience? This is really starting to feel like the Call of Duty of tactical 2D side scrollers.

is anyone else having problems with the game being larger than the screen given... ie, you cant see the edges of what you are supposed to see, such as menu options

This is by far the best in the series and one of my favorites games ever. Its such a shame that EW Saga is just a sh.itty, greedy facebook game..from the best of the series..to the worst.

Well... I only managed to clear two battles (One being the tutorial) before I was threating to smash my lap top the next time I heard my hero say the “Go to H***” comment. I swear, this game took a leap backwards in terms of fun, graphics, and just basic gameplay. It doesn’t have the same appeal that the rest of the Epic Wars had. I really wish I could say some suggestions, I really do, but I would be at it all day.

Personally I think Epic War 4 was the best, 3 was great. This one was good too, but a few things could have been more like 4. I enjoyed all the boss battles, especially End of Hope and Undying Primal where you pretty much have to battle all the way back to the edge of your screen and kill the boss right before reaching your hero. All achievements and badges earned. Another sequel? Im always up for it.

The game took a little bit of time, but never once did i repeat a lvl or needed to. Anyways great game, and i agree with the others the extra xp should have another use.

i was lookin at some comment an hour or two ago and this one guy asked for hero more health rudy sent one back and said updated and i can only get my heros health up to 3000 health its not benn updated they need to have about 10,000 to 20,000 health 3000 its going to cut it at all.(rudy plese update health to about 10,000 health plese most of us would like that)

For some reason (and yes, i changed the local storage to unlimited, did the cache settings, unchecked the erase temporary files, saved files, etc. for internet options) this game will not save. i have enjoyed the game immensely for the short times i get to play it but as i have to continuously restart, i give up
