how come i don't get to keep all the experience points? i feel ripped off like my time is being wasted. it says i earned 388 experience for the level i just played, then i go to research and i only have 280 experience when i should have still had some left from before. is there a penalty for failing the level?

very nice game! ah, i found another nice game! it`s kind of a real life simulation. you can work and fight in wars there, get involved in politics or build up your own company for example! just use my this if you want to join: http://www.erepublik.com/en/referrer/tmv23 to get you a good start: the first things you need to do there are: get a job in a company and work there, upload an avatar and after you did that train to raise your strength. Then buy some food and login again at the next day. At the begin you have not much possibilities to be honest BUT: Every level you gain you have more possibilities! by the way, the power of the countries depends on their citizens, so join and support your country! For example at the moment there is a huge war between Hungary/Russia/Indonesia/Serbia/France/UK and some other allies against USA/Croatia/Canada/Poland/Sweden

As to why they post chain comments, I have a few Ideas.
1) No Life. 2) Think it's funny
Anyway, great game, but extremely fast. I could be flitting between pages, and before I know it BOOM! I'm dead x.x. All in all, a great game. 4.9/5 in my books.

Way too boring:
Make some towers, wait 10min, hit 15k G, make lots of 4's(battlecruiser), job done.
To unlock carrier (7) , kill one enemy carrier
To unlock secret striker (6), make 100 thunderbolts(2)
To unlock EMP tower create 10 AAA towers
To unlock plasma tower kill 5 enemy blue coronas tower.

@goku33339: They post those comments because they have issues in their head. They take therapy lessons at least 3 times a week and have no life due to paranoia. Unfortunately, only a few can be cured. Due your part and flag those idiotic comments and contact your local nuthouse to get those people off the internet. :)

and, the enemy ships sit in the base shooting me, but my missles won't hit them because of the whole indestructible base thing :)

The last level is lame. The base gets close but my missles don't do any damage to it, they just blow up in the air...

maybe give you control of the towers or something. I find myself just sitting here watching as I slowly chip away at the enemies 6000 hp castle. Then I get excited and press '4' and '3', then i wait.... kinda boring.
