I've been playing runescape since i was a kid, back in 2006, then after 2011, runescape got really bad, like seriousely, sometimes i'm like 'meh, gunna try out runescape agian' with alot of motivation in me... but then... i look at the game and from the updates to the trade system, just got really boring.... :/ sorry

i remember when runescape first started in 1999 just look at it now. its exactly the same. i remember watching harrypotter after school while playing with my friends on a desktop . oh yeah the good old days.

oh God! I opened Kongregate and asked myself: "Maybe Runescape is here... Lets see..." I opened the page, searched, amazingly I found it! loged in and that sensation... and the message "your last login was 510 days ago" holy feck! The game is even in Portuguese! Love you guys! I think I stopped playing this game about 5 or 6 years ago... checking for new stuff...

WTF, I played for 2 years in beta and completed every single quest for a free member then I stopped playing for a summer and my inventory and progress is totally wiped! Used to be a good game, but these stupid changes to make it more like WoW and the fact they didn't even care enough to carry over progress shows how bad it's become.

Started this game in 03, nobody had hardly every heard of the game, now it's being played on 3rd party game sites, amazing progression, too bad the game quality has gotten 10 times worse. used to be a5/5 game, now not even worth a look

2: I miss the old 8bit-pixel-ish themed runescape... But glad to see its still around if I ever want to come back (But why on kong anyway? lol)

This game keeps getting worse instead of better. The new combat system is ridiculously bad. It turned combat into a repeat the same click until 100% then click the big hit and the abilities and scoring are moronic.
The new interface is complete garbage that if you accidentally start typing like you are typing into chat but you forgot to hit enter first you will do all kinds of interface adjustments including locking things in places that are in the way. Then you manually have to go through and set them all back or you have to completely log out and log back in to reset some things.
Jagex will get their panties in a bunch if you complain about the changes and they specifically started deleting threads complaining about the new combat from the forums. The only way that this game would be worth playing is if Jagex sold it.
