This was a lot of fun! Had an awesome Space Hulk feel to it. I would love a sequel (more please!) with a higher difficulty and classes. Job well done!

I like the mechanics, but I was unable to retain the skills I invested points into. I don't know if this is because I tried to go back to the briefing screen after starting the mission while looking for a level selection option (if so, the behaviour is inconvenient and frustrating).

good game overall but really has loads of minor faults which all could be avoided. Need tooltips on buttons, tooltips or some kind of info over the enemies, at least general info what kind of attack the have. Need an option to speed up animations of enemy moves. It's not clear why in many cases you or the enemies do 0 damage. The font on the buttons looks bad. This game needs polishing

I am missing the information about what exactly is "going on", ie calculated. For example the hit probability if I shoot an enemy from where I am currently standing. General figures about enemies... help on GUI buttons when hovering with the mouse... without it, it's just frustrating.

Good fun, although the last message is a bit trivial with the grenade launcher. Maybe a little too easy, but enjoyed it - makes me want to dig out UFO again.

Good game :) should have higher increase in difficulty. Maybe by spawning more than just the easiest aliens. they are too easy once you get the bayonet.

Sorry about all the comments, but while I wait for the impotent little critters to stumble hopelessly to my bayonets I keep wanting and wanting more game and more challenge.
It's just too easy. Make it more challenging and I'd love it to pieces.

Why can I shoot enemies through a door with the sniper rifle? The game sorta feels too easy as it is, but I find it soothing and addictive....too many easy levels and not enough infuriatingly challenging ones. =D

Chowder@ armor could be a good idea. Propperbly in a way that heavy armor would increase health but decrease ap, and light would not decreace ap but would not give much health. I am not sure about the weapons. But it would be cool if you had weapon ad-ons, like the bayonet, but could also be scope: accuracy and range, or a cooling system that would increase the number of shots you could fire before your weapon overheating.

I wish there was more customization with the soldiers, like u could change his(or her)'s Armor. It would also to be nice to be able to make our own guns(kinda like Spore?). The gun would have a limit of items put on to it.Say if you put too much it would cost more AP to shoot and lower the units' AP to carry. Also the guns could have a basic form that which you can change. About the limits,The more items on the gun,the more money it takes to make it. Sorry if this is too long. Thanks for reading! :D

Rather than trying to lead the huge monsters to the exploding barrels, just spend the 400 credits to give your heavy marine the grenade launcher. 3 shots and you've got a dead huge monster. And since you don't need line of sight, you can start blowing them up right from turn 1.

The inclusion of bayonets make the enemy spawnpoints a levelling machine. Just place a bayonet-armed soldier where he covers both possible spawn-points, and he'll automaticly kill them as they spawn, reaching lvl. 8 very fast. Repeat with next soldier, and you'll soon have a max'ed squad.

Excellent game - a tad easy though. I didn't lose a single guy. Maybe do difficulty levels with more bugs. Also 2 skill points per level up should be enough, with 12 levels instead of 8. Keep up the good work !!!

I hace problems against the level with the 3 huge monsters. I try luring them into the explosives, but the just turn around and walk away. How should i deal with them?

Oh gods... This came could be so awesome but it's incredibly frustrating to see enemies constantly repawning when you have a finite (and rather small) amount of bullets. I'll come back to see what the next one is like.

there are a melee attack with the assault gun i think that's the name... always hits! useful if u need to kill a lotsa rats:)

Ok, first I thought this was pretty great, until level 3, then it becomes a game of luck rather than strategy. Even using my moves well -- hiding behind things, using ammo for good shots -- it STILL comes down to luck. Eventually you need to move in to get ammo, or the enemy advances enough to your doorway and then you toss the dice on whether you get one-rounded by enemy shooters/melee (even using boxes, they can still move a bit to get you in range, or the melee forces you to use some AP to move and fire). 3rd try I was doing really, really well, then a shooter gets 4 hits on one volley and kills a guy. Seriously. The other 2 had low ammo, so I had to move in again, melee gets in, *whack* *whack* *whack* 3 in a row again. Another guy down. They miss early on, but seem to have increased hit rating the lower ammo you are. (I know that's not true, but still -- back to my original point -- LUCK!)

It would be nice if your soldiers had a melee attack that didn't require ammo. Even if it was really bad it would help times when you're out of ammo and there's only like one guy left.
