new map just out in V7.8. havent had much time to test it so ill make improvements soon. the low level hp issue isnt in yet but will come asap.

new stage added: The Arsenal, it has 9 bosses from the later half of the game. were gonna try get in some more new features soon
your wish has been made, the damage is lower on the first 10 maps. we are gonna make toonshooter a better place for noobs. Starting to make a new map which will be an easier one, for around stage 7 or so

Is it just me or does some of the levels, bosses, enemies, and weapons remind anyone else of U.N. Squadron?

You're right, UN Squadron on snes and R type arcade were my all time favourite shoot em ups. We owe Silkworm for the land/flying unit teamwork, we looked at various others: Gradius 3, Carrier Airwing, Air Buster, Gynoug.

I did actually thought that Neil was 50,000,000. Now I am absolutely happy to know he wasn't all along. I also just learned that the arrow thing at the rear of Neil acts as a shield for normal bullets and also as a melee attacker.

Game really needs the cap raised normal maxed lvl is still tough on the last stages and there is still hard and gamer mode. only flaw on this game right now

hey salty, just wanna say good job on the new update! i havn't played for a while but i'll be back every time it's updated. Some of the skins r quite hard to get so it might take some time to get all of them.

Salty, why don't you make a stage but make it like an even more beefier guardian's gate like with the enemies from the den and the fleet and the other places.

there is a bug with compliting levels and then it says mission failed... especially in the first lvls.. another bug is at the fleet, once i got to the boss it "dies" b4 i can even see it, i get all the "P" but it writes mission failed but after it shows like i complited the lvl. =)

@saltyegg: no, it hasn't. Someone also voted up fantasy online from 15th place to 1st under a few hours. They're hacking the rating systems :/

i prefer using Charge atks on the giant bubble mob thingy instead of shooting them with normal bullet which let them explode into more annoying bubbles, charge atk kills the giant bubbles and most of the tiny bubbles :D

guys dont u think tht the xp at the end of the level go to your character because i like ground and i can only get a little of that xp
