well this is nearly good,game;the thing on the greek phalanx was that their spears were 5m long,and one behind the other they could attack the same time.imagine an unbreakable cube of spikes.alexander the great DIDNT LOOSE A SINGLE BATTLE.all of this is removed in this game,as an immortal can kill a ''macedonian pikeman'' or ''shilver shield guard'' wich actually was the same.and they're called phalanxs.explain me how can they get in range to attack without impaling themselves 5 meters before they are in range.also horse archers are underated in this game,as they could attack on the go.if they were to stand still and shoot arrows whats the point of riding a horse at all?archers arent supposed to be tough-theres no point in that.2-3 stars for this i say

took me a couple of weeks to get used of it (not kidding) and when i did get used to it it kinda easy when i get like 5 to 7 teretories

best way to win is to get 99 swordsmen and wait until you have 1000 command then release them all. you`d win in about a couple of hours if you keep doing that

as long as you conquer a couple of places you can just wait a while and upgrade evrey thing fully then attack persa and kill it realy quickly and i mean in 8 turns

encountered a sound bug randomly but the game is still playable, i can play without it
As mentioned earlier by others the battles need a pause button
i'm curious why when a field army takes two territories the first one is defencless.

This game is easy. You can keep attacking them every turn while they take 1 of your land every 2 turns and even if they take, they will leave less than 20 units for their new land which you can easily take them back.
In the end, is there no ending? :( that's a bit disappointed.

This is literally exactly the same as Swordfall:Kingdoms, but with no other nations. It's not half bad, but it's seriously lacking for originality.

There is a sequel to this game set in medieval Europe. This is a great game with a few bugs and other problems but the Europe one is a massive improvement. PLAY IT NOW!!

It feels like tons of games have been made in this genre, but the way this one does resource, army management is exactly what they've all been missing.

I agree with most who say this game is easy on son of zeus, maybe have more units? i feel like im using same units the entire game... Persian mode too? play with persian units and ally with other countries?
