But... why it have not a clear objective?
And why is there no reason to rush?
I mean, you can take the first turns to provide a big amount of income per turn and then start conquering.

1/5. sucks horrible shit. buggy/laggy and there isnt even very much to do in this game. i dont know why the hell anyone would enjoy it for more than 5 seconds. its just annoying/irritating trying to click the "lanes" when controls do not respond.

glitch: first spend all your money on armies, and amry unlocks, then just close the internets, then go back yo the game and click continue, 100% money back and troops at command

Easy mode is not what I call easy....but a good game overall. Could do with something to stop repetitivity though. 4/5

Why does Thrace have archers? The Thracians are renowned for their Peltests, they introduced the style warfare to the Greeks.

If you steal an idea from an earlier game, that's ok, everyone does that. If you fail to actually improve on the gameplay from the game you are ripping off, that's not.

Since advanced units are expensive in both comand and gold, just upgrading basic units is far better. You don't have to face strong foes like cataphract. Just ignore strong enemies and rush your scouts. A scout can easily kill a spearman if upgraded well. I just used lots of scouts in the end-game(with normal difficulty)

I wonder if the game maker have played this game.. Fist of zeus is as hard as the on called I think it was caesar.. anyways on this caesar they just get 100 arches and 80 cavalry archers then they put some of the strongest ones in the front and then arches at the back like 20 arches.. impossible to even kill with any unit.. so good game untill that happened and no I don't want to play on the "king" mode since it's way too easy.

lol, glitched on the last level! Egypt. Upon clicking 'invade Egypt,' the battlefield screen came up, but it had no icons for units, and the enemy didn't summon anything. The bar was full-blue, but I didn't win so I clicked 'retreat,' which made it all turn yellow as it should have, but even then it stayed on this screen.
My strategy lulz - immediately spam archers into one spot for a while (twenty or so, even though only 5-7 will be on screen... others may eventually walk in if winning takes a while). This locks the enemy AI into responding to each of those, or something, so they ignore the other 5 arrows for the most part. Then spam the cheap 24-point soldiers (militia?) in another arrow (or wherever)... they walk straight through and wins come quickly, with only a couple archer losses.

Thanks for all the feedback. I've fixed a couple bugs (including unlocked unit icons not loading properly and the unit capacity upgrade not doing anything on the first researched level).

Dogman - When a game comes out you use ides from the old to make something new. You dont use the old, change the skins, and change the name and call it new.

all these people saying that "its a copy" or "its a ripoff", THERE IS NOTHING ORIGINAL ANYMORE!!! the internet has been used for video gaming so long that everything new is based off somthing old.

Hmm, I think I prefer agri peltasts over masscomps, ... they are cheaper, a line of them stops any enemy advance and you get them when you need them - when the first general arrives - without sacrificing eco upgrades. They even easily handle the mass horse provinces, so 6 years (or was it 5?) where enough to win - maybe 4-5 lost battles/turns, thats all.

Needs to have more upgrades. Shouldn't limit to 3 upgrades on armor etc. Bugs and other things make this game even harder to play, but since it was so enjoyable it's a 4/5

best unit is champions buy about 20 and you cant take any territory very fast and easiest way to win is to head straight to persia because once you have persia no more generals come
