When doing missions that you could complete easily with one person or one day, it isn't a bad idea to bring along extra people. The unnecessary people will still improve their skills, making it a win-win situation.

Ok, I'm confused. I completed the game and moved to another city with my leader and other 4 caracters. When I was halfway to complete my second city, a woman just decided that she is gonna be the new leader. I killed her, and now another guy appeared playing the "alfa dog". Why is this?

Man, I love this game. I ended building this city, run out of food people die, finally get food, gambler comes, staring again... Great game!

I get very emotional, as you could see, I've been sticking with the same dudes I've played with ever since I started... I haven't touched this game in 2 years, and guess what, when I started playing with them :') we died.
