For hard badge hunters: First play on easy, reclaim the whole city, train up 5 survivors (4 of their skills up to 10) and give them the best equipment (YES, when you're playing on easy, you're probably gonna win anyway, so DO give gustav one of your women in exchange for 2x launchers - these give +4 attack and can be exchanged for 100 food from gustav). After you finish the game, click "keep playing", train your survivors and then "leave the city" choosing 5 best survivors.
Events: ALLOW zombie cage fights, taking the escapee from the evil gang lowers your food, so don't do it; BAN the religious zombie book, DO NOT let the guy preach (the cult will destroy you if you allow it to grow).
After restarting the game, it's easy even on seriously hard with your 5 maxed survivors. + so the others can see it. :)

okay my city was doing ok then i got a deal from the love cavern that i would get 2 working rpgs for a female surviver who didnt want to go so i refused the trade i ended up being thankful for it because i wouldnt have needed them because all my charictors are ten in offence

so when I went looting I sent sean bob joe go looting then zombies attacked my base. sean bob joe died protecting a area which is overrun now D: so sean bob joe died but then sean bob joe rettured with supplies... seems legit

I get that my soldiers are level 10 in combat and all, but they just took down 100 zombies without any weapons whatsoever.

survivors spotted... I go to get him 20 days latter and HE IS STILL ALIVE and the whole time the place was OVERRUN. IK this helps us in the game in all but dafuk O_o

Ugh i reclaimed everything and started to research everything when every turn someone would join the chosen ones and next thing i know boom. game over. lesson of the day:screw the chosen ones

I was off to a great start, I was almost finish with the game, spent over 2 and a half hours playing it. But after a while, my whole team left me (31 people) and we were left defenceless. Then I lost to the zombies. Please fix this, it ruins everything.

Was trying to max out 5 characters in preparation for the Ultimate Rebuilder Badge when suddenly one of them lost like 3/4 of his stats after his reclaimation mission. Anyone else has had the same glitch?

Won in 55 days, with a max of 12 people... they all where starving, and yet somehow when I won, the news paper made them not look that skinny... I think the church must have kept some of that communion bread and wine back, only way they lived... either that or they kept the bodies... *dramatic pause* ya... anyways, good game!
