So I captured 25 blocks, wrote a constitution, cured zombieism, defeated the last judgment, then started a new town that was bigger and did the exact same thing... Then out of boredom I researched every possible thing, assigned every farm a farmer & guard post a guard. After that I captured every block in the town (there was 64 by the way). I now have 36 survivors with room for two more, 100% happiness, no danger at all, 925 food rations, and I'm on day 360. I look at all of this, this complete rebuild of an entire simulated town, a start of new and perfect simulated civilization, and I can't help but to think to myself... I have absolutely no life and am now completely addicted with nothing left to do.

Ok, so I covered everything and I built all my defenses good and then, I drafted a constitution and I fixed the helicopter and defeated the Last Judgement game so I decided to get the last ending which was find the cure so I could have a good game when I get on the Heli and do the constitution. Well, I decided to try but then one by one, all of my people were leaping from buildings and killing themselves and getting eaten and dying for no reason. I had plenty of food, weapons and homes for people and then I was left with 4 which was enough to pass the constitution so I was doing that but 1 person died and everyone started celebrating for a while and then zombies came out of nowhere and killed my whole entire civilization. Good game but it's funny about the glitches that happen in the game sometimes. Like one of my people lost a leg 4 times and one lost their eye 6 times.

there was a wedding party got crashed by zeds parents,flower girls and everyone on that church.they got all eaten.5+ happiness.My survivors has no regrets :P

Some interesting, and possibly useful info:
-Zombies only spawn at the edge of the map and shuffle inward; if some territory is surrounded by your camp, it won't generate new zombies (though they can still move from tile to tile.)
-If you control ALL the edges of the town, no new zombies will spawn except as part of hordes and you will eventually wear them down. (Still testing this as a viable strategy...)
-Hordes won't spawn adjacent to your camp. If every uncontrolled tile is adjacent to your camp (generally an awful strategy) then hordes can't spawn.

Not about trying to save people by recruiting them and having them TURN ME DOWN BECAUSE WE'RE NOT HAPPY ENOUGH.
Fine. You get your face munched on BUT at least you'll be smiling while it happens.

@joker4375: When the horde attacks it forces a regular attack on your walls in addition to the horde itself. Meaning, all the zombies in squares adjacent to your walls will attack you, plus the horde.

Rebuild 2 is simple in comparison with Reduild 1. I prefer to play the first version on nightmare level of difficulty/

Fabulous game! One of my favorites on Kongregate, but you could have more character options. More hairstyles, outfits, face shapes, skin tones, and you being able to change things yourself instead of the game doing it for you would also be awesome. Other then that, the game is perfect! So maybe make another game that is exactly like this one, but with more character options.

The trick to winning on impossible is to win on really easy. Then, because the helicopter lets you transfer 5 people to a new game, train 5 people up to 10 in every stat and equip them with your best weapons (get the 2 rocket launchers for this). Fly them to a small, impossible city. There, your superteam can:
- finish all construction jobs in 1-2 days
- solo scavenging, recruiting and some extermination missions
- research the early techs in about a week
- raise town happiness by 1 point per day while preaching
- keep danger levels at a very low minimum when not on duty
In a small town, expanding to the edges is a good idea, because you want to minimize surface area and maximize volume to keep danger as low as possible. Expanding to an edge will cover up one side of your town, which is great for this. Just keep plodding along and expanding until you get a chance to win. You can do this however you want, but I recommend the Last Judgment, Helicopter, or Constitution methods.

tried to be cool and did impossible mode and my town got demolished just after 5 days haha nice game i hope rebuild 3 comes out soon ^_^

Im glad i killed those who opressed the crunch of chosen ones. Otherwise i would lose the game. In really hard one. Cause im so close to win this badge...
