I get so annoyed when people in my town aren't happy..i mean for goodness sakes there is a zombie apocalypse and ure safe,sounds pretty good to me.

i was playing on nightmare (failed so badly only one survivor was left) only the scientist was alive and guarding the fort, he says WE spotted a horde up the road. He must have lost his mind and was making imaginary friends :|

Since it's almost impossible at "harder" level I decided to follow the old teaching "If you can't beat them join them", I got everyone zombified and so I won.

Argh T_T As much as I like this game I apparently completely suck at it. I cannot for the life of me get the Hard badge.

Would be cool if once you cleared all the inner blocks, the screen zoomed out, and you could claim other cities or parts of cities

Still one of the best games on Kong...Sequal?? How?? its just great! Improvements? What? One of a kind, top notch! This game is an instant classic. WELL DONE! Oh in case you didnt know 5/5. RATE IT UP!!!

Anyone off duty should be able to help out when attacked. Honestly, who just sits there while a Zombie hoard demolishes your wall?

one of my favorite strategies with zombies so far. there should be a sequel. if so i would kinda research that would give better defence, easier to raise morale, scavenge and find different guns, riot breakouts in the camp and you have to recruit officers to keep it under conrol, officers could fend off the gang that "visits" the base. just a couple ideas.

wow. i named my self the leader. after sending my soldiers on 46-73% danger missions, i haven't lost ONE SOLDIER. so i send my self on a scout mission with 1% danger, i died, and just about every other person i sent....... the 8/12 is cursed.

As others have pointed out, the Lasting Legacy Badge should probably be impossible, rather than hard. I finally got it with a healthy dose of luck. In addition to nearby farms and apartments, I had 3 labs and plenty of police stations and malls. With the police stations and fortified malls, I had plenty of defense without assigning everyone to guard duty (which would interrupt their other missions). With 3 labs, I could research everything in parallel. A couple parties gave me the happiness to start researching the cure in the safest lab. (Timing the research for electricity better would have helped too.) Then it was just a matter of hanging on against the hordes until the research for the cure finished, continuing to attack zombies in the surrounding areas constantly. I can't imagine what the "nightmare" level is like.

My leader said that "I f***ing hate turnips". When I clicked next, My scavenger said that "We are positively rolling in the turnips now." What did my leader do so that Karma hates him so much?

Its impossible on nightmare mode! A week in the game(ingame time) and all my soldiers are dead all the random bad events target soldiers specifically and then people starve.

The hard badge should definately be impossible. It requires so much luck that you could try for a year non stop and never get it.

A game company needs to pay you a lot of money for this game. Imagine a combat system, cut scenes, the works! I would buy it in a heartbeat if it came out for the PS3. Beautiful Job. One of the best games I have EVER played on Kongregate.

Argh! I hate how the maker of this game makes you get attatched to your soldiers... I had a soldier named "Batman" that was like, a trooper but then he died because he commited suicide :C

I dont know if im just really bad at this game but it is extremly hard. It seems like if u ever are doing well ur guys will just randomly start dying.

SCAVENGED: came across a litter of kittens in the mall. we didnt see the mom anywhere and to poor things looked half starved,so we brought them back. they should keep the rats down and cheer people up. +11 food (←WTF?!?!?!!?) +5 cheerfullness
