If you're having trouble here's a tip: first get enough farms until the good is + or breaks even. Then begin housing while obtaining a school. Train useless people in soldiers to clear zombie hordes and bam! Ez caca.

My fort's survivors wanted to pay some people because they killed zero zombies but the people denied and said that they were just doing their job. I never knew doing nothing was an actual job until now!

Damn it, this game is great, i really had fun with the first 3 difficulties...BUT THAT GODDAMN HARDER MODE, COME ON. it's just luck and no strategy, i got the perfect map layout, had a big farm and a lab by day 6, researched some things, had the food and the happiness under control, then i got attacked by 3 zombie hordes in 5 days, each of them killing 2-4 survivors and 1-2 squares, and one of them took my hospital, one day after that a soldier died by illness... and there goes my ''perfect try''... then i tried again, when i got a good map layout, at day 7 i failed 3 times on a recruit mission at 5% chance(each of them had 1 survivor killed) and then another soldier died because of illness, along with another 7% mission failing and then a zombie atack... yea, there goes it again. This hard badge relies purely on luck, you have to get a good map layout AND pray to get lucky with the random events, and that takes out all the fun of the game.

Nightmare mode, all endings, 150+ survivors, 200 days... yet still didn't beat my all-time high score. How the heck did I get 850,000? Can't remember.

i won the game ended zombieness ,made a goverment, closed the portal and took every square in game and survived a total of 309 days haha beat that

Sends soldiers out to kill zombies. Two days later, they come back, saying they worked as hard as they could, killing tons of zombies and saving the world. I look at the stats. They killed 9 zombies. Great work, fellas. It only took you two days to kill nine of these things, even though they sound VERY easy to kill...

Best tip for the harder bade is that you can refresh the game while the screen flashes black to indicate the random zombie waves at night. Then once reloaded the game will be back at the same day, just before the attack and when you continue there usually will not be an attack at night.
By doing this you can fully utilise all of your men each day, and you will only need to defend the hordes.

Pretty decent game. Definitely what I was looking for. Building and zombies but not the average kill everything shoot shoot shoot zombie game. Love it :) Thanks

After a mere 105 day of thriving i began to lose land..... one by one my people died and there was nothing i could do about it. After a few more days, green was the final survivor. Ultimately he got killed..... by what you may ask? a puppy..... a furry lovably puppy...... it distracted him while the loud slow zombies walked up to him and killed him.

RIP day 178 my scout squad, squad 1 was first lead by Boston before he was KIA. then lead by Nate. and then Boyer. the last on Boyer held the fort by him self for 1 kite + for the bad-ass's of the 1 scouting!

Lol, I've couldve researched on the zombie cure, but I wanted to see all 3 endings. Basically, just keep switching people to soldiers and builders. After that, your're probably fine.

We've extended our walls around the old schoolhouse. Maybe they've got some books in there that could teach me French poetry. You know, to attract the ladies.
