There is a bug i think - you can buy dimond drill even if you already bought it. And also if you dont have enogh money for other last tier stuff buy you already bought it- it should like you can, but when you have enough - it says "NO NEED TO BUY".

That was weird... I was playing and EVERYTHING turned white.. The game, the comments, the suggested games, the Kongregate bar and links at the top... everything but my address bar and tabs. Im sure it was just Chrome having a spasm, but I felt like bitching lol.

On my very first visit to the shop the X button stopped working so I couldn't leave the shop, which ended the game. I suppose you MUST buy something during that very first visit, which I couldn't because i didn't have the $250 required.

After completing, i can say that the game, indeed, gets too easy after getting the max cooling. In fact, cooling seemed to be the only thing holding me from getting deeper and getting more money. If you're going to patch this, or make a sequel, I can recommend adding more upgrades, quests, ores, providing more dangers, making upgrades slightly more equal, adding the stations and houses on the map, and making it deeper.

The guy who made Motherload sure started a good thing.
Still, I'm not sure if you had to keep everything from it. For example, because here the robot has a fixed speed, but has to keep moving Eastwards, having to return the base to sell ore quickly becomes annoying.

the beginning is pretty hard
i was constantly running out of energy and all my money were spent for recharge and some for repair
so i barely had money for upgrade
but later it gets too easy
not to mention that some minerals arent useful for the story (Gold and Diamonds)
perhaps the upgrades should be cheaper at the 1st levels
and last upgrades to be more expansive or ores cheaper (except the 1st one )

found a little bug: when you buy an upgrade above the lowest you con buy, you get the upgrade but the shop doesn't recognize it. you still can buy this one and the ones before you didn't already buy.

I have but one suggestion, and this suggestion is the only one I have to make cause a lot of the others I thought of have already been made, but you should really allow people to use WASD keys for movement as well. I'm not just speaking out of my love for WASD movement, it also has to do with two things: 1. Some people (like me) have keyboards where the up and down arrows are half the size of regular keys, making those movements awkward. 2. Using arrow keys only, even if they are awkward, causes severe strain on the hand. Being able to switch which hand you use will allow people to play longer. If your right hand has begun to hurt and you've tried using your left for the arrow keys, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Pretty cool little game, bit of a glitch where you can constantly purchase the diamond chasis. Doesn't do anything you can just keep buying it lol. 4/5 though for the game :)

Great little game, using the buttons for control and menu reminded me of DOS days. If you get the core before the prof asks you, you don't get the points and start again. I found a sparkplug socket ideal for holing down the arrow keys while the robot trundles to the shops!

How do I collect sand for the guy who wants fiberglass? I Keep going back and digging through the sand but nothing happens. Nothing goes into my inventory and no matter how many times I return to him he just keeps repeating the desire for sand.

I thought it was a great game, if a bit short. Some improvements would be to describe the allowance at the power shop as a discount instead, and force people to buy the upgrades in order before they can purchase the next level. I would love to see a sequel with more quests.

its a really good game i like you should make a 2nd and 3rd and 4th and 5th like story parts and each one is longer and harder and funner and more stuff

It's a pretty decent game overall. At least, it kept me addicted until the end. It was extremely easy though, I never even bought a battery until I'd maxed everything else. Not a bad game for your first one, although mechanics wise I would say Motherlode wins. But they also have several games under their belt. Keep working on games. :)
