After you plant the final tree before the end, wait for it to grow, then head back to the village and grab a second acorn (in autumn.) Walk right, past the end, plant it and continue on wards for a little secret.

I walked into the first bit of water where I had to wait for the ice, waited for 200 years expecting the other side to get eroded enough to walk up. This is why no one relies on me for time sensitive tasks.

So I went to the far right of the map and found this "Here lies a traveler between worlds, whose name is unknown. May his curious soul find a way home, like you have found his resting place.", who is this traveler?

That was sad. Everybody fears you even though you're the founder of their civilization and have only ever been benevolent, then you go and sacrifice yourself to save everybody. They probably won't even remember you and they definitely don't know all that you did.

Found this game to be really enjoyable. A little short, and the movement speed was too slow and frustrating (though I get that it feeds into the patience-requiring nature and speed of the game)

Did anyone else immediately try to walk left into the water? And try to freeze themselves? And wait all 400 years just to see what happens?

Neat easter egg at the very end. Take a chestnut past the volcano and plant it then go up to see this special message on a tombstone. "Here lies a traveller between worlds whose name is unknown. May his curious soul find a way home, like you have found his resting place."

If you walk to the other side of the volcano and plant a chestnut against the cliff, you can find a grave with an epitaph for a "curious soul."

Easter egg: take a chestnut near the end of the game and instead of going inside the volcano, keep going to the right and you'll find a little goodie at the end of the path.

Absolutely beautiful game. The creature saved the humans by first growing grains for them yet they kept running away. Another act of pure selflessness from the creature saved the humans from the volcano.

I waited 200 years because I thought that when I needed a "helping hand" the tribe people would lift me up or something. Great game though 5/5

Did anyone else find the secret if you go to the right of the volcano? If so could you explain it? I can't make sense of it.
check it ... maybe its him

Kid sleeps like a rock. Wakes up like one, too.
Guess he's stopped the Calamity after all.
(Okay, every time I see the word "calamity," I now think about Bastion. I couldn't stop myself from making the reference.)

Those asking about tree in the wrong place - stand near the cliff - speed up time. You will see some seeds on the ground. stand over them, press E to pick them up, move next to cliff, press E to plant them, move time, grow the tree, climb and go.

This game is beatiful with it's music and harmony. I've had problems with the village at the begining, but then i finaly saw that the buildings changed. I waited and then finaly completed that part.

Maybe I'm a sadist but I would have preferred if there were alternate endings. So yo can watch the land slowly filling up with lava....

Very nice game but would like a little less running and screaming from the villagers. I did bring them their food source.
