I sat in the pond for over 100 years before I read the top comment about the ice. The tree got very big then died, then a new tree grew.

Here lies a traveler between worlds, whose name is unknown. May his curious soul find a way home, like you have found his resting place. ç_ç

I thought this was a pretty cool game, although the slow walking kind of frustrated me at times, it made sense. I would probably have laughed at it if the moai dude could go at mach seven. I really liked this story, and enjoyed the gameplay style.

@X9FuSioN You take the wheat from the other side of the lake, plant it near the village (You have to go underwater to return to the village, and wait for it to grow all the way near the first house) Then, they'll start to make a bridge across the lake, and eventually make a bridge across the small water ditch.

ATTENTION, CHROME USERS! To (significantly) better your flash performance, do the following: Go to chrome://plugins , Click "details" to unfold plugins info. Under "Adobe Flash Player" you should have two or three files listed. Only one will be something like C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\ and the others will be Chrome's files. The flash installed in your system directory is the one best optimised for your PC, while the Chrome ones are universal (and less performing). Disable the Chrome ones and leave the system files. Maybe restart your browser. VOILA!

I started wondering what the game over screen was lie so I waited...and waited...and waited...and then It just said "Too Late...the world has burned to ashes." Well that was anti-climatic. :D

Okay, hands up who deliberately wasted all 400 years just to see the bad ending?
Some men just want to watch the world burn... :p

I like it.
Now if only there was a proper sandbox RPG with this - maybe an 'Immortal Being' of a sorts that could shape kingdoms not by force, but by setting the pieces up and going to sleep for 50 years to let the revolution take place at it's own pace.
You could also have the villains do similar things - if you go to sleep for a millenia, you will wake to find everyone's behaving the way your rivals want, and not the way you want.

Easter egg is a Mysterious Gravestone that says:
Here lies a traveler between worlds,
whose name is unknown.
May his curious soul find a way home,
like you have found his resting place.

What a beautiful game :D it was so good from start to finish. Patience is virtue that really sums up the game. Giving 5/5 And gratz!

If you walk to the other side of the volcano and plant a chestnut against the cliff, you can find a grave with an epitaph

loved the game but... a volcano whose chimney is blocked by a rock... that's bad news man... the pressure will still build, but instead of calmy flowing out, the volcano as a whole will explode... much more dangerous... That moai pretty much doomed the village...
