If you miss a sustained note you should be able to hit it in the middle of the note... It's getting frustrating watching long sustained notes speed past...

Damn... For the 4th time I thought I had perfect on "This Way (Demo)". Nope, 11262 points - gold. Maybe I finish 1 hold command to soon, but 4th time? 4 songs perfected so far.

If you are having trouble hitting 17 points, go onto "pro" and then try the Please (intro) song. It's probably the easiest song in pro and if you manage to survive the tricky section in the middle you can easily get a silver/gold from it.

Played it for a bit and now the memories are coming back to me. Guys, I know it looks like you have to hit it on the line, but trust me, you will miss if you do that. Try to hit it slightly before the line to compensate for slight lag.

I have a bad feeling this game will get downvoted to heck because people will have way too much trouble trying to perfect a song. As usual, badges end up becoming a downvote curse.

@zurnboy: Um, yeah. We already know the BotD is not a Hard badge. It says in its description it is a Medium badge. But it is definitely one of the more annoying Medium badges out there.

Well, kellmaster, Kongregate does have a tradition of occasionally throwing in a medium badge (normally on the weekends, on which most Kongregaters have the time to devote to earning it), but I will admit that even this one is pretty crazy. Not a terrible layout for the game style (probably about as well as a rhythm game for a PC can work), but the hit zone for the notes is kinda deceptive, and yeah, the music selection is less than stellar (though I'd like to give the devs for this the benefit of the doubt and say that this is more a copyright issue than just poor taste in music).

7097 points on the first track doing everything right but still Gold. What's supposed to be the max score there? @Yanta: click the pro tab and get some medals there too to get enough to unlock the last amateur track..

I freaking hate the ones where you gotta hold the button, because 30% of the freaking time it doesn't register the button press. So this is more about luck than skill.

@yanta, you get 1 award point for bronze, 2 for silver, 3 for gold, and 4 for perfect. You need enough to unlock all 8 levels.

Just as it says. At least 1 perfect and at least bronze in everything else, but I am unable to play the last track because I don't have enough "award points".

I remember this game so much. So many memories, I joined Kong around the time this got badges. Took me forever to get that last badge, but it is possible so don't give up.

for those of you who are trying to get the medium badge; in order to unlock all aamture tracks youll need at least all golds OR one perfect, one gold, and the rest silver.
