After 3 days of playing this game for an hour, i have finally perfected run'n'gun. The only time i ever focus as hard as i have now is when there's an essay due tomorrow.

I found this game significantly easier once I muted it. The notes of the song don't tie out to the arrows/letters you have to hit very well, which I think is ultimately more harmful than helpful.

Replaying this game i remember when i played the game for the first time and couldnt get a single award, then later in 2014 where i finally decided to give it another go and got band camper. The most nostalgic games on this site so much so that after 2 years i still managed to perfect hollywise first try and remembered most of the lyrics gg man gg

I got the Band Camper Badge on August 26th 2009... I just got the Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Badge on February 6th 2017... It's been nearly a decade. I was 11 when I got the first achievement and I'm now 18. In the meantime I've even learned to play real guitar.

That's the hardest easy badge I've ever come across. Being clumsy as I am, some of the hard badges are easier than this.. I'll go as far as to say it levels with one or two of the impossible badges. That's how I feel about it anyway.

sorry, but totally unplayable.. and the worst thing is that this is a part of the quest.. too much lag during game and sometimes i press key at the right time and game doesn't process it

FINALLY, AFTER NINE YEARS, I DID IT. I PERFECTED ALL THE SONGS IN SCGMD2. I remember getting a new PC for Christmas '07 with a fancy dual-core processor and hoping it would run this game without lag. There was still the occasional hiccup, and I could only do most of amateur and some pro songs. Two years later I built a computer with a quad-core, and again tested this game to see how it'd run. There wasn't any more (regular) lag, but I was just too bad to perfect more than 2 or 3 on pro. Over the years I'd come back and play a bit, but could never really get very good. I recently checked out Kongregate again and remembered how much fun this game used to be, so I fired it up and thought I'd just play a few old favorites, maybe try and perfect all of amateur. New computer again, so I was starting fresh. Eventually it led me to today, when I've now not only completed every song, but I've also gotten PERFECT on each one. It was a crazy ride, but I loved every minute of it! Thanks, Shinki.

Nope. Just not gonna happen. Not even easy is a possibility for me. Not on this laptop with tiny arrow keys. LOL! And I can kiss the badge for "Best of 2007" goodbye too at this rate. I tried on the easiest setting, with the easiest song...and I still just suck way too much to get past "Cool". I'll leave this one for the texting millennial pros. My thumbs and fingers get far too tangled on this game.

Ok keyboard "guitar hero." Seemed to get inputs missed sometimes. Thank you for the mute option on the voice because it's terrible.

With all the music games with actual songs being taken down over the years EVERYWHERE, I like knowing that there's a game that I can always rely on when I'm bored.

Since this game got a badge of the day (for the easy badge) today, I hope everyone remembers this game having 3 video game music (remixes) and being still available on Kongregate and I always love it like that. And I do remember earning the easy badge on November 22, 2009 and then the impossible badge on October 31, 2015. Also I used to play it in my childhood since I had first played it in 2009 and during my age of 10 including with my Kongregate account after registering on this website. Aw yea, this game is very awesome and it can be one of the best classic rhythm flash games ever.

Sure is fun to double my score on the Zelda theme and then see that it brought my badge from bronze all the way up to bronze. 1 more point needed for the "easy" badge of the day and it's getting hard to find... Only tip I have is that it seems easier for me with the sound muted. Fun times having to mute a music game.

I did everything for the first two achievements (for the badge of the day and the best of 2007 quest) and I'm receiving neither. I hope this is fixed so that I get all my pizzoints!
