Shinki hasn't been on since october of last year, odds are this won't ever be updated, and this will arguably be one of the hardest easy badges to earn.
Great.

Awful game. Awarding 1 star would be to flatter. Music games should go with the rhythm or notes. This doesn't. Maybe by version 4 or 5 you'll have worked it out. Hint: Don't bother. Badge of the day? Keep it.

I think what heated1333 is trying to say is that when it lags, some of the buttons get very jumbled up and makes it even more impossible to play (even though the game and game badges are impossible, ironic right?) I imagine the game developer laughing at us and our futile attempts trying to get the easy badge.

Agreed with the below statement. This is the dumbest daily badge ever. Ive had to play this for over an hour, and I havent even UNLOCKED enough songs to give me 10 award points for the easy badge.

Earn 72 award points by completing every single track perfectly. You acquired this badge on Aug. 23, 2009. Still the best game ever.

Hollywise length- 2:02, score 6110, rank gold. Truth or dare length- 1:45, score 7856, rank silver. This is nonsensical. Longer songs should have potential for a higher score. While difficulty would have less notes proportionally (from harder to easier), it's still hard to rationalize. Judging by multiple standards without indicating what one or the other is makes this ridiculously tedious. I can do better at songs, but I would quit if I didn't think I was close to the end goal. I don't want to put the split-second timing in because I'd hit the keyboard too hard and too often. I think I can get the badge, I just don't know if it's worth the effort as I'm not sure of my goals.

Just scored 1000 above my bronze and got a bronze. It's only 1000 less than my one gold. So yeah, really confusing or unclear what I'm supposed to be doing. Yes better and all, but how much?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'd say it's a decently large fault that it doesn't tell you what the scores are for the ranks. Sure there's the meter to help indicate multiplier, but that doesn't settle things. Ending with x4+ may still only be a bronze or unranked.

This is from back in the day when even an easy badge required more than five minutes of your time ^_^ ...that Impossible badge, though...I got 69 stars before realizing that in one of the last ones (Run'n'Gun, maybe?), you can get the animation for perfect timing but it isn't actually counted as such at the end of the song. I quit playing it around that time v_v

For those of you struggling for easy and medium badge heres a hint: 1.get at least bronze at each stage and keep on going. 2.Then once you are better go back to the first one and get a perfect score. 3.then start getting at least silver/gold at each station. BTW to unlock the station is NOT the number of badges but the quality of each badge e.g. platinum=4, gold=3, silver=2, and bronze=1. + to keep alive.

Though, I must admit, reading how difficult so many people said this game was... I felt a little underwhelmed. I only had to do about 10 or so total song playthroughs (I did restart one multiple times at the start of one though to get a good starting combo). I mean, I'm bad at these games. But I feel it isn't as bad as people are making it out to be. Definitely not a fan of the WASD/arrows combo though....

DJ maniax had a better learning curve when comparing it with this game, ( I appreciate the minimalism of it for graphics sake ) the game won't allow u to play a few on easy ( just 1 )or to play the game in different difficulties to learn the song better. u cant really match notes nor flow with the beat when hitting the arrows, in djmaniax it was more even in these regards. There seems to be a penalty for clicking early where the next note u hit, wont register. so u will miss 1 note per mistake. hard to recover from that... too frustrating. the music is nice though, just wish it could match up better. not s bashing on the maker of the game just hoping if they make a 2nd part they use dj maniax or other rhythm flash games for reference as far as difficulty, note match etc. imho

(2/2) Since this game there has been 2 other SGMD games that have come that have improved on the graphics and faults that people may see in this. But cut the developer some slack. After all this is made by notdoppler, the same person coming out with games on here you people love. If you love those games and actually respect the dev, don't shoot down this one. I might get downvoted for this since that what usually happens when one goes against the majority, but it saddens me very much that the game has blown up with negative comments just because of it being the badge of the day. Please try to give the game another try, and this time, don't focus on the graphics or criticizing it, focus on having

(1/2) Okay guys before you start hating more on this game remember this: This game came out in 2007. Thats 7 years ago. Flash games back then weren't what they are today and so 7 years ago this game was one of the best, one of the complaints is saying that the music doesn't match with the notes? That is true, the music isn't required for you to complete the songs and usually if it is off it is very little, the bar where you hit the notes is very small so it is wise to hit the note a little before hand, people who are just complaining saying the game is just plain hard shouldn't really have a say. Why wasn't it hard to the people in 2007? Are you really going to defy your true gaming skill and just give up because its "hard"? show yourself that you can beat it.

It helps to do this with the sound off. Like many others have said, the music has zero relationship to the beat of the inputs. It makes the game a bit harder, but the main problem is that it makes the game a lot less fun. There are tons of rhythm games where the inputs are absolutely nothing like playing real music, and they're still fun because the rhythm is the important part. This game completely messes that up.

Good job! You're ready to move onto the very tough songs!
BS Game, BS.
I barely got this Kongpanion from the badge

I just played four songs once and got the easy badge, from all the comments I was expecting to have to play all the songs or something to get enough award points.

To get easy bad either get Bronze on 10 levels or gold on 3, & bronze on 1. I found there was a delay so you want to click right when the arrow enters the response area.
