I absolutely hate the controls, it's so unresponsive on my keyboard and I don't know why. I mean in the sense that it won't recognize it unless I jam it harder than I normally do on my keyboard. I shouldn't have to do that and that does force me to give it a lower score, this is something that should have been ironed out long before.

To the people complaining about the unresponsive controls, just got to say you may be clicking too late. Playing on IE and I have no problems. Try to hit the note as it reaches the box, not when it drifts to the center. Might help, might not.

If you suck at it at the beginning... just try the same song a few times... it gets easier and don´t just hate the game because you´re a lazy player who wants first try sucess

i already played Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 4, easy medal was a walk in the park, medium, ridiculous easy, but hard will take a lil of dedication with i lacking right now and perfect.. pff, like i don't have a life

To be fair to the BOTD guys, I prefer SCGM than any stupid turn based click games, they're really boring and take so long to get the first easy badge. Nice badge to start the week :)

I haven't had a shiny badge in 2 months now - either because I forget to log in and cash in the rewards THAT I ALREADY HAVE or because the BOTD is stupid shit like this. Give me a frickin' Guitar Hero/Rock Band guitar to play this retarded shit with. Keyboard doesn't work with this shit

So, Casualwolf, your stuff is broken for whatever reason, and blame the game for it? Sounds like a legitimate complaint. Come on, Shinki, hop on your moped and go fix Mr. Casualwolf's keyboard. (Also I think more games use arrow keys, so go insult those games' devs for ruining your life as well.)

In all honesty the easy badge is fairly easy. You just need 10 award POINTS! not awards. so 2 silvers and 2 golds on first 4 songs and you're done. Extrapolate that to all 8 songs and even just a bronze on a hard song will help.

Yeah, I like it. But when the same key on the screen needs to pressed again immediately after pressing that very same key, it has trouble accepting it. This makes me screw up and throw the whole song. Rage mode activate!

After a short while it will LOOK like the whole still background is slowly sliding to the right by itself. This is an optical illusion created by your eyes wanting to anticipate seeing things coming from the right to the left. Your mind is trying to "move" your eyes' vision to the right because it looks like things are "moving" to the left, therefor, the center of your vision and the background around it will seem to move to the right along with it. Hope this helps anyone who is freaking out, like I did for a few seconds at first. XD

Award Points are 1 for Bronze (> , 2 for Silver, 3 for Gold and 4 for a perfect. A perfect on the first song, silver on the second, and bronze in the rest will net you the BotD :D

The difficulty curve on this game is insane. One easy song and then tough or more? This game's badges have been mocking me for years and I will never conquer it.
