Not excited about the near mute when I hit a wrong key as it makes it double hard to hit the next when you can't hear the music any more. It's hard enough with unknown songs when you can hear them.

this game retains the awesomeness of SCGMD2, you just need to give yourself a little bit of time to acclimatize, and then you'll begin to see Shinki's brilliance shining through.

With heavy lags (between ping 100-500 I guess) still badged in under 1h - 1st song gold, 2nd song bronze. 1000misses= butterfingers ...and listen to one song without hitting anything gives another "guitar" ;)

@BobJanova Thanks for the tips. I got to silver on the first song with some practice and muting the game - wow these songs are obnoxious and the 'mistake' sound makes me trip and miss like the next 4 notes - and am now trying to decide how to get that third star. The second song is really hard, but I only made 11 mistakes in that whole 3.5 minute song and it was only a silver badge! How could I possilbly get gold.

like the others said the difficulty is just too much the controllers force you to move your fingers everywhere, it its just impossible.In addition it changes from good to weak faster than it goes from weak to good, it is so frustrating.

well this easy badge does not agree with my keyboard got a whole 2 award point after trying all the songs 2nd song says easy my keyboard say impossible with the down arrows so close together

weird so many people are having performance issues (of course just guessing from people saying "wah hard badge", I mean what are you a potato? I mean yes, I do have musical experience from school but everyone learns the basic tee tee tah in elementary school ffs). i'm just using firefox no special anything and it works good for me, smooth as silk. SCGMD4 on the other hand.. *shudder* (and I loved it so D:)... the easy badge is actually ridiculously easy (SONG: CHAOS WITHIN; When you select the song you can change settings to low quality, no voice, and no effects if that helps, and also if the numbers are messing you up and you are a touch typer I find changing 1234 to asdf is very helpful because it makes things 100% automatic. Just did chaos within before typing this comment, with no music or anything and I still got perfect (which btw will get you the easy badge on its own. you just have to do it a couple of times to get the rhythm down and its a very simple one)

Though that impossible badge lives up to its billing, there's no way I'll ever get close to that.
@Antwan2 and @joeyjoey90, regarding the performance, try playing in Chrome with its native Flash renderer. I'm not having many problems with desync.

@katstone719 the first song is really easy, you can aim for a gold on that one and that alone is enough for the first badge. You should definitely be able to silver it with a few tries.

I'm generally glad I got the badge of the day way before flash became garbage since it's slowly dying. Since the key inputs don't work 90% of the time it makes it pretty much unplayable.

THis game is absolutely worst game in Kong because Easy badge is Hard. I made the second song and got no award. Stupid game and their requirements.

So, I'm shit at these types of games and they take for ever because the songs are so long and I, at least, have to play them more than once to do okay at them. But there's only 2 easy songs. Anyone have recommendations for how to get that third point? Can I get points by re-getting bronze? If not, is it easier to silver an easy song, or bronze a tricky song, do you think?

You can get the easy badge by scoring gold on one song - I found it easier to "learn" one song than mess around with lots of them. Chaos Within has lots of repeated phrases you can learn and no instances of holding notes while playing the other hand simultaneously. I got gold with 5 wrong notes and a score of 14397.

WHY tf would you choose this as a badge of the day?! These "games" SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/5!!!! and why wouldn't the developer allow the NUMBER PAD to be accessible!?

Ok, for one thing, numerous real guitarists who play this have said the tolerance for hitting notes isn't this tight. What makes it worse, if you're going by more of hitting by sound, it's difficult to tell exactly where in the song you're supposed to actually hit certain notes every now and then.

Impossible to get the badge when the "simple" are impossible due to flash with an old computer. game keeps having lots of small freezes that don't happen in other games.

There was a time when this game worked very well and the inputs were perfect. It's a real shame that the updates to Flash over the years really hurt this game in the long run.
