@Kiroway. You're playing one of the most awesome and beautiful game ever, and the only thing you care about are the achievements ?

I don't always comment, but when I do...it's because I've found an exceptional game. Nothing against DESTROYING MORE ORCZES 5.0, I enjoy those games but this one just had so much personality; it had me playing for the next challenge and the next storytelling wrinkle. 5/5, top-shelf stuff.

I haven't seen a good puzzle platformer since the I of It, and this sold the deal. Deserves a badge, thanks to Kong for making this BOTD. :)

Try to press '[' or ']' in game and see what happens:p 5/5 for the amazing game. I'd love to learn to play the piano music but there are no sites/video's where they show you the music sheets:( (especially 'leap of faith' is underrated and nowhere to be found, while I'd really love to learn to play that masterpiece)

Absolutely touching, not often a dev will use the medium like this to tell such a story. I tip my non-existent hat to you!

This game was not only fun but, touching. I lost my father 5 months ago and when I listened to the ending of this it... it really hit home and "All that matters IS family" Good job Sihirbaz and thank you.

To anybody who felt something at the intro, play through the game and you'll be sure to cry. Beautiful story and game, 6/5.

I gave this a five after the intro. The speaker, as well as the words being spoken, is amazing. And somehow very soothing. The score is great, the game is very playable and overall immensely enjoyable. Bravo, developers! Give yourselves hugs for me!

Such a touching and inspiring story! You sir have just given me hope to try once more to reconnect with those I've lost. Never would I have imagined this from a games website I frequent out of boredom and loneliness. Thank you!

First time I played this game I gave it 4 stars. I got to level 23, had a tough time and decided I'd come back and play it later.. Forgot about it. Saw it as BOTD and gave it another whirl. New computer so I had to start all over, but I finished it all! I changed my rating to 5 stars, because the ending made me tear up. I wasn't expecting that.

Silly little flash games are not supposed to make me cry! Truly beautiful game. The story and the music are a wonderful combination, and the gameplay was fun without being too much. A little bit of twitch reflex involved, but otherwise no complaints. Very well done.

The ending is so emotional! After playing from start to end for an hour, I have to say, good game! The ending is a good twist, gameplay is frustrating (for I played it for over an hour), but good. Well done indeed! 5/5!

For those of you who just can't seem to master the bonus levels, here are some hints:
1. Take your time, there's no rush. Even if you have to get 1 heart every 5 minutes being cautious, you won't believe how quickly time will fly until you get your 45 hearts.
2. Did you realize that, if you get hit, only a section of your health goes down?
3. Did you also realize that, if you don't get hit for a period of time (just dodge instead of collect hearts), your health slowly regenerates?
4. A powerup only appears after you've collected the one that's already there. So if you see a powerup you don't think you need, get it anyways, and maybe a more useful one will show up.
5.When you have the shield in Toby's bonus level, watch out, because it just repels bombs (like a magnet the wrong way), not stops them. You can still get hurt if a bomb touches you.

Awwwwww, love the ending... :( And now I feel bad for making fun of Walter throughout the entire game.. continue to make games like this. <3

Amazing game, and i found the fact that the wife does the opposite of wha the husband tells her but that the man listens to her to be quite funny

Sir, you made me post and I don't post usually. Great game and great history. Simple and touching. I hope the history is not personal.

Good enough game but I gotta say I don't get how the gameplay relates to the story. It didn't connect for me like some other similar games do (Braid is the big one that comes to mind). Also I felt a little like I was fighting the controls sometimes: the characters movements seem to be a bit too inaccurate for the fine scale movements required on some of the later levels, particularly when avoiding homing missiles. This is a good effort and I look forward to seeing more from you folks.
I agree your points about disconnection between story and gameplay. I agree about controls being unresponsive sometimes as well. I'll be working harder on those areas in future games. Thanks for the comment.

Even though there's the novelty of rolling ball-shaped family members through insane obstacle courses, this game has some fantastic backstory and moral to it. Well played, sir. It's one of the best, and one of the most moving games on this site.

I only gave it a 3/5 when I was half way through it, but after beating it, I gave it a 5. I love everything about this game and cant wait for the next one you make.
