STEP 1, buy a bipod. Do the training mission, get all the bonus cash. Your starting rifle sucks so 10 headshots will take some work, but it's doable. STEP 2, buy the best bolt action rifle, sell your old one. Buy a sling and the best scope. STEP 3, Do missions up until rescuing the commander. You should have enough cash to buy the best semi-auto rifle. Grab it, you'll need it to kill the two guys fast enough. The rest of the missions I went back to the bolt action just for the higher accuracy, never did need any drugs.

is it even possible to get enough money for the later guns? you only get paid once per mission and it seems like there isnt enough money

I can't believe that one of the highest rated comments is something so ballistically ignorant. Silencers are rarely used on sniper rifles because a silencer doesn't turn a firearm into a popgun. It's still really goddamned loud. There's no point in using one unless you're trying to confuse the enemy as to what direction the shot came from, because they will still know you're there.

The pills would actually be useful if, y'know... You could actually use them. And like so many others before me have stated - the "realistic" crosshair-movement is bullshit.

I've seen 10 year old kids shoot more consistently than this guy, if you can't aim at the same spot with a Remington 700 and make the same shot everytime, you should NOT be considered an "assassin"

good god people, the movement isn't from breathing, tats his pulse, at long range it does effect your aim, been there, done that. good game, one of the best snipers I'v played 5/5

I find it annoying that when I shoot a guy straight in the head it apparently goes straight throuh him and hits behind him.

It is a nice game, though as it's been said fix the scope in realistic mode. Really it should not jerk when you steady to take the shot( perhaps after a while, when aim at something too long, you then swing widely) Also the hit detection needs improvement, I shot five shots all perfectly near the head. Doesn't do nothing. I like the money system, the game then requires skill.

Im so sure that a PROFFESINAL sniper twitches when hes about to get a headshot not like it matters cause in real life all snipers have A.D.D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can kind of tolerate the twitching, but when you make a perfect shot miss, then you violate all laws of video games everywhere.

Don't call it realism, call it Frustration mode. It's not realistic if you cannot hit sh*t because the "professional" sniper you are twitches every time you line up a shot.

Really big ass thing. Thumbs this up so that the dev can read this. When ever I shoot someone's head, I need to shoot twice as the first shot GOES RIGHT THROUGH.

I went back to the main menu and lost all my data! A sure fire way to get people to never play your game again is to delete their save without warning after they've played for an hour. ***raspberries/vulgar gesture***

Needs better accuracy; if I miss because of wind or because my gun moves an inch to the left, fine. But I should not be missing when I'm dead on and there are no outside factors affecting my shot(s). Also, there's no "home" button for getting out of casual mode if you "get stuck" like it says. I like the series and the general concept, but this one just falls short.

Instead of trying to making the game difficult by way of unexplainable things out of our control, like why do we miss when we are clearly on target, why the erratic movements, etc, why not just be more clever with the missions. You won't have to force people to deal with ridiculous measures clearly designed to make them lose, if only you find another way to challenge us.

I took 3 shots on a persons head, without me moving, or him, and he didn't die. He must have some kind of matrix shizz.
