what's really brilliant about this game is that the cursor lag actually has more of an influence than the wind in terms of making life difficult to kick the ball.
Given this a 1 star, fun game but theres a few ingame things which are annoying, also conceding straight after you score, massive problem, ive never not conceded after scoring...

Another tip: when you're not selected for your national team, practice your skills or do lifestyle things before every national team match. You don't need to buy drinks afterward; you will rest back to about 85% health with no properties, and 88% or so with an apartment.

If you're complaining about the drink prices: Set your work rate lower and focus on getting your Team rating as high as you can. I can usually get to Star Level 6 before I ever have to buy a drink.
To get on your national team, you have to have a decent star level AND play well in a top league, or extremely well in a 2nd-tier league in a top country like England. Once you're level 8 or so and have a good season or two in, say, the English Premier League, the German Bundesliga or La Liga in Spain (forget if they're actually called those in the game) you should at least be a sub and will probably be starting.

Is there a specific way to get on to the national team. I won the MLS cup and was the star player and the boss still thinks I'm not good enough. (by the way, I'm trying to play for germany).
