had a basic little town going, seen how the souls multiply faily quick.. went to take a shower n figured my max pop is 20, so by the time im donw i should have about 300 souls saved up (had space held down) got out of the shower n had 2k souls sitting there and pop went up to 35, dropped prettymuch everything into land, sat back n watched my pop and souls explode.. space bar you have never been so effective

Slow to start, but it does get sorta fun later. 4/5 mainly for originality and for the lulz involved in watching thousands of e-people zip around at impossible velocity.

I would like the ability to sell points for souls. Life is good up to a point, but right now I think I have too much. Also, it would be cool if there was a SPAWN ALL button.

I come back after 10 hours of overnight grinding, and I suddenly have 50 million souls. Whenever I try to buy any more stats without going extremely slow, it crashes the game. It felt *soul-crushing* when I realized I wouldn't be able to play it much any more.

Land: 4400. Buildings: 2934. Houses: 7. Ok, seriously, what's going on here? Does the RNG hate me that much or is this achievement supposed to be this hard to get? I got all the others hours ago. The worst part is that what you get with it is... better houses, which would've been useful to, y'know, get the achievement in the first place.

Wonderful game. Simple enough for you to not have to focus on it, good enough to bring you back to it after a short while.

I just wanted to say, for people hoping for an update, or for the sequel to be released, the developer has a blog, found in the updates tab of the game (kongregate). He hasn't posted on it in 6 months (upon writing this comment) and his last post was explaining how he has written most of the code for the sequel and is now doing the art, which will take a long time to do. So don't expect a sequel for a long time yet! Please rate up so people can see.

The most satisfying feeling you can get in this game is getting all the achievements within an hour. So many little minions bouncing around and fighting for resources.

Nice game. A bit confusing to start though. A suggestion for any new player: try to keep 10-50% of your max population alive at all times. Also, for anyone wondering: 120 Life = 1 in-game day. Cheers~

Once i got some housing i could just play something else in another tab and let my total souls go up enough to get the acheivement :D

Some tips: 1. It seems that the number of souls you have increases most when current souls die. 2. Your maximum number of buildings is 2/3 of your land amount (i.e. 100 land allows 67 buildings). 3. Mines are achieved after reaching 100 land and "hugely increase your resource spawn rate".

I don't know why, but I found myself strangely addicted to this game. Most games with graphics as this, which the except of Pac Man, Tetris, and Zelda, I don't play for more than a day or two. I've actually found myself checking back on this game over and over.. for many days. Bravo, my friend, you have succeeded in an addicting game. With hope for the future I grant you a temporary 4/5

A Good Game, And yes, All the stats are worth it, Sight and Land work togetehr Really Well, And Life isnt Such a bad Stat, I mean it can get a higher happiness level and more buildings and lots of things, Lastly i mention Speed, Speed is Very useful if you Have an Absolutely HUGE city and an absolutely HUGE amount of Sight otherwise they might be going tot he other side of the map and take bout 3 days whereas with Speed it will go faster and faster and faster So it isnt to bad *****

id like to see one similar to this that goes through time lines -prehistoric--modern--future and of course everything in between (I.E. bronze age) really like this game and im hoping for a part II soon.

Chence of them building a house needs to be fixed. I mean 500 land and 2 (TWO!) houses is somewhat pathetic. Also it would be great to spawn people by tens (if not hundreds) — waiting for thouthands of them to spawn is annoying. Great timekiller otherwise. 5/5

It seems builders will give priority to high level buildings, hence the difficulty to aquire the "spawn 1000 doods" achievement. Once you unlock it though, the building of habitations resumes normally and you can rely on spawn only to produce people, given a wide enough land

Such a fun game!:D
o3o I just wish you could put down more then 1 human at a time...even when I was holding down the space bar, took forever to put down my 2,535 people...

Does the speed upgrade DO anything anymore? I can understand if it was slowed down, but I'm up to 1460 speed and I'm not seeing a difference from 200. It would be nice to know if there is a cap to it (don't let me spend thousands of souls if there is), if it's just MUCH slower to increase that before, or whatever, but does it even do anything at all now? I don't actually know if the speed has increased any since I started.

Oh, and one thing just occurred to me, if you do "single buildin that upgrades instead of building more of the same" as a fix to the building problem: I thought you might have to allow multiples of stashes AND houses, but I don't think that's the case. Just have the people spawn randomly across the map, instead of at the house. :)

Hmm.... Gold or dirt... Gold is more valuable.... But the dirt is closer.. Gosh... What should I do... I WILL GO FOR DIRT!

If there's one thing I dislike about this game, it is that you, the player, have no control over what is built precisely. I want more enrichment buildings, so I have more resources to make many people worth my time. I want more religion buildings, so lower levels yield more souls. I want more supply buildings, so I can get more guys out. I want more housing, so the game becomes more idlable. What do I get? Recreation and Refinement.
Also, the resources are gone before you can find out what they do.
