It's a nice simple game, although the beginning was tedious, wasn't aware of what I had to do. Would be nice if there was an introduction or tutorial.
For those who liked the music. http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/311587 is where you can download it. Enjoy the music and have fun playing the game. :)

I enjoyed this game a lot! It was just short enough to hold my interest throughout the game and the music was cool, good job.

I wish there was a way to generate souls without needing people do die, it gets really tedious when you have to wait an hour just for everyone to start passing away.

The point in the game where you don't need to respawn souls is the best idling satisfaction you can ever get in your life

i feel like there is not enough control over what is built, so on my stats page, there are two stats miles ahead of the others. or am i missing something?? Altering the class tree seems to have little effect

I wish that, instead of building new things, they would UPGRADE THE EXISTING ONES. I HAVE LIKE, LEVEL 2 THINGS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CITY.

Here's what I've been able to gather: Summoning costs 1 soul. Available souls is the top-left number. The green dot (left) simply shows that at least one soul is available. The bottom-left numbers is your current/max pop.
New workers gather simple materials, like dirt. As they do, they level up (blue bar). Their life (green bar) depletes over time. As they level, they can gather higher-end mats, like gold, and may "class up" in to other units with passive bonuses, based on what you've unlocked via achievements.
Units gather mats and deposit them in buildings, which level after getting enough resources. Available souls increase by adding the level of a unit to your pool after death. Upgrades cost souls, so your pool is split between summoning/upgrades.
You appear to have no control over: what kind of unit is summoned, building priority, class ups, resource generation. These seem to be affected by buildings and achievements unlocked, but can't be directly controlled.

As stated often, a tutorial would be nice. A way to summon people faster than holding space would be welcome at higher levels. Other than that, this is a thoroughly enjoyable idle game!

This game is so fun! For the newbies playing this game, you don't have to do anything but click space to summon people. The people will automatically do all the work. When they die (the green bar is life) you gain a soul to summon another person again. Upgrade the stats: speed, life, sight, land to further help the people improve the land. Speed=how fast they build. Life=how long they live. Sight=how far they can see to detect items. Land=how many blocks on the screen that can be searched for materials and built on.
@the creator of this game: I would recommend designing the building to be more elaborate (bigger buildings preferably with names) and a definite tutorial or even a guidebook on the side to reference material would be helpful. It would also be nice to decide who does what, but I still like the way it is. Overall, this game is really fun!

I love this game because it's like a realistic allegory to how the ones who get there early and their first pick have it the easiest and get further easier but then the lowly peasants fight over the scraps with all of them just trying to get a little tiny bit to get ahead and better, further themselves.
