The game has a good idea, but:
*Animations for changing between shipyard, docks and taverne are too long.
*When your control button leaves the battle area at its borders, you can't get it back.
*Stop autozoom, its annoying! Let us zoom by ourselves and remember zoom status.
*A tutorial would be nice.
At the moment 3/5, with the proposed updates, i would vote 5/5

The basic concept is nothing new. The duel function is a bit odd, in my opinion. Could use more upgradability. It needs something to separate it from other pilot style strategy games.

4/5... battle tactics are more trial/error as you can never expect what the opponent AI will do, however do suggest that for the first calm realm pass, to get the decoy, ghost, and mines... this way you can get perfect on your OWN terms. ++ if you agree with this strategy :D

'Calico jack' was an actual pirate. he was pretty good, but a pirate king, and no mute button, plus ships are less expensive then people? 3R0AR, 3R0AR!

I've sailed off the edge of the world thanks to my default course for every turn being set way the heck out into Davy Jones' NaN.

I have seen this sort of thing in air battle type games and am grateful for a pirate theme. That said, this is a bit clunky. I lost interest pretty quickly

I cant find the mute button.... not the that the music is bad but I listen to audio books at all times and if I have to stop that to try out this game....

uh i had 48 crew members while they had 3 left.
the next battle i took them out but they brought down 16 members that turn?!
how??

intro subs are way too fast, for a non-native speaker at least, there should be a way to halt them somehow... i barely got through the first paragraph. or maybe it's the font?

Great game but I'd like to see the 360 degree turns removed, the enemy double shooting removed and the option to expand my fleet introduced :D

nah, i went to tavern and the same issue arises, need to replay crew descriptions to get the whole message. sorry, racing with the subs is too uncomfortable... playing on mute, maybe that's the issue, not sure if these texts are not played and only accompanied with subs, but still they should accomodate my gaming option as well...
