finally did it on level 8, i used two launcher middle and marines to handle first flying units. then its quite hard i did two turrets tank on the side were the great monster comes. don't forget to upp the turrets or theyll die quick. also upp to max launcher and marines as they are your main force. don't hesitate to add launcher on both sides.
then you can add some defender (one per side is enough) and go on some bt and ship. after so many tries i succeed with this one the first time but it was really hard.

I love the fact that my ridiculously expensive building just randomly begin loosing life even though they are completely behind my fire line, yet I cannot destroy the enemies production buildings. Or maybe I can, but you haven't provided much game play info, so I'd never know I could.

building places should be more precise, units should follow orders (i.e. if I give a air unit the order to attack enemie air units why it is not reacting?), nearby units should help an attacked unit without being ordered everytime. 3/5

Fun game but would be better if you can sell buildings you dont want and the option to mute the music and sound effects

@smallfarm: Apocalypstic is meaning to attack enemy production buildings because it is not funny that the enemy can backstap you and you can not. I must agree with Apocalypstic but it is possible its just at the beginning and later an other unit or upgrade can attack those.

Actually, it's not a bad game. I agree that the enemies are a bit strong, but as long as you have defenders the other units are usually pretty safe behind them. For those having trouble, remember to upgrade your units/structures and to purchase skills for your units. To purchase skills, first go to the upgrade section, click on the ect tab, then click the green arrow on the bottom. Don't forget to equip the skill by going to the unit tab and clicking the "No Skill" box next to the unit. Remember that you can move individual units by clicking or dragging a box over them. You can also order your units to attack enemy spawners by selecting them, then clicking the structure. One thing I do hope is that the developer puts in an auto-attack (where all units, even the ones who are spawning, move forward) or a rally point for the spawners. My finger hurts from clicking E, heh heh. ^-^

you can attack the building by select your units and click it the enemies building when the unit near the enemies building.

Apocalypstick asked if -buildings- could be attacked, not bases, right now you can only attack bases (unlike your enemy)

You can attack building... Just stand next to them, select the units and click on the building.
What pisses me off is that i lost ALL my exp when I tried to respec... Not gonna start a new game...

Wow. A veery nice intro, a nice scenario (not innovative though :P), cool graphics, awesome music, great sfx, simple gameplay with tutorial included, great variety of stuff to unlock and upgrade. Great game, the genere has another star here in Kongregate. Did i mentioned stars? Oh, yes! 4 of them!

@Apocalypstic: sure you can attacking the enemies base, just moved your unit forward by pressing 'E' keys or drag and click your units. please see the tutorial section first to learn about the game. thank you

2/5 I hate this game. Yeah I'm getting my butt kicked but you need to provide some feedback as to why, and what the upgrades do (give me some freaking numbers please). So far as I can tell the enemy just builds invincible troops that heal constantly and have splash damage, while my troops are just really good at dying.

How do you cancel a building once you've already clicked on it? I had $450 so I clicked on a stronghold and then decided I need a tower instead, but I couldn't cancel it! WTH?

nice games...eventhough i didnt care 'bout the element & weakness I still can win the game..great graphics..bit lack of bgm..its need another "suprise efx" for the player like when the bosses appear..so we will like OMG!!hohoho 4/5 games!!

It's not fair that the enemy can destroy your spawners, but you can't destroy theirs. abilities are a waste of money and captains are too expensive for a weak unit with some splash knock-back. Ai needs work, I had guys walk past enemies hitting them only to be killed from behind by the same enemy.

stuck at level 8, tried so many combo with infantry, vehicules, infantry and vehicules, various uppgrades combination, with and without turrets, with and without hero, attacking or defending and still the same result. and what to say of their abbilities to destroy your buildings in 2 secand while a huge army take so long to destroy their's.
i keep on trying but i think there's a balance or ressources problem

GameGuru, i had the same problem, you have to change your streategy, put strongholds on both sides and a warp gate in the middle, work your way to earn the warpgate that how you beat level 5

Its a pretty good game. I've only played the first few stages, but it's pretty fun so far. I think that this game could get maybe 3 stars at least.

Constant, un-mutable static sound = epic, unplayable fail regardless of the quality of the game. Wtf were you thinking?
