I really like this game, but the beginning is really messed up. I had to start at least 6 times to get a start that won't get me killed after a few days. I even had 97 mood twice, being unable to advance any further until the rotten mob got my people. It would be great if it could be fixed. I know some ppl that never played this game, that's really fun, after you got your party started properly, longer than a few days, because they got annoyed.

Tips on Wasted Colony: Try and scavenge with alot of people, Also get the kitchen as quickly as you can, Reccoended heroes are Priest and Fighter

Not sure how leveling works, but I don't think folks on guard duty can level. (Maybe if there's a battle.) Oddly enough your folks CAN level while working in the kitchen or entertainment rooms.
For how to get those medical supplies/generators you have to wait until those buildings are scoutable/salvageable. (Do other stuff in those neighborhoods.) Eventually the 2 friendly guys will come along and ask for help on a mission.
All in all, a fun game, pretty much a clone of Rebuild, but once you've won that, more of the same but different. I'd give it more stars if the instructions (especially for electricity) were clearer.

Don't know if it works without the priest, but with him, just stick your wounded people in the entertainment room and they will heal as well as gain morale. Higher level characters give you more morale.
Traps: it seems that if you put a lvl 0 character to making them, it'll take them forever. Haven't really tested this with higher level characters as it's a waste of scrap IMO. Pretty much only useful when you don't have enough morale to build what you really want, but have too much scrap for storage.
Kitchen: Higher level/higher work characters seem to produce food faster. Build 2 or more kitchens if your food supply is running low.
Note that the ONLY ones who can respond to missions are folks who are on guard duty, so NEVER leave folks sitting around. Stick EVERY spare person into guard duty.
Don't spread yourself too thin. The ONLY time I've lost survivors was once when I had too many missions going on.

Okay a few things that could use fixing:
There seem to be no good 1 hand weapons. You're probably better off giving your people a high damage melee or 2 hand weapon rather than a crappy beretta, based on the damage it does. Also armor for 2 hand doesn't really exist. Would be nice to have a rare chance of either of these.
Instructions are confusing and sometimes downright missing. I'm almost done the game, have over 350 power available, but can't figure out how to generate more than 60 electric. Not even sure how I generated that much. If someone knows, please comment.
The clock countdown at the end of each day is deathly boring and takes way too long. Don't know if this is because it's processing results or because it's just timed to go slow as heck. Would be much better without the countdown since nothing happens till 7am anyway.
The option to skip ALL the flash scenes in settings would be nice. Cute the first time or two, boring thereafter.

I Like the soundtrack, and i hope that you make a Part 2. This game is so addicting, make it more stories. your game is wicked awesome. I enjoyed playing it :)

Sooo... Just added sandbags to hopefully decrease my danger from 27%.
Whoaa Whoaa Whoaa, how did that cause danger to go to 64%. Can I take the sandbags down now? Can't. Really. Great.

it seems like it would be a good game if i could acctualy play for some reson my people keep on dossapering its only day one they didint survive for very long what happned?

Is it just me? or is the Chance thats higher than 20 not actually chance, its just the amount of crap they hit you with? cause thats not a likely chance of them winning....

The difficulty is kind of unforgiving, but who cares. It's a survival game, that's the point. That's not what people should be complaining about. I challenge whoever read through this entire thing to try and beat this game. with out exploits. It's literally impossible. No. Not because it's insanely difficult. But because the game is unfinished and will crumble under it's own faulty coding.
Holy crap. And you know what the worse part is? This is actually a really cool idea and potentially awesome game. Just finish it, gam devs.

(Cont...)
-If you lose anyone or take damage and hit quit, everyone will be revived and healed. But you keep all the resources and such you obtained because the day still continues.
-For absolutely no reason your resources will freeze up. Yeah. I scavenged three days in a row. Obtaining over 80 food and 150 scrap. and you know how much scrap and food I have back at the shack? 11 and 0.
-If you try to recruit someone and there are 20 people on the first floor.... You won't be able to. regardless of having other floors.

This game is buggy to the point that's it unplayable.
-Survivors will be unavailable if you build or destroy a room with them in it or around it for no reason half the time.
-Your electricity usage goes down if you destroy a room only sometimes and never goes down if it is raided.
-The Risk % is literally a random number. You'll find yourself losing 5 people with 0% risk and winning flawless battles with 98%
-For some reason it takes 6 Fully armed men with over 80 points in their respective combat skills to go down to 99% danger. But once there.... A unarmed priest brings it down to a 80.... WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?
-If more than one thing happens during a raid night. you can skip the fight. Yeah. Just hit next. No one dies. Nothing happens.

too much of a high rate of people dieing, all the time i get a high lose rate, its like there isnt a chance of winning when you know there should be
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
okay hope chickenhead is reading this. the logic in the game is that buildings are attacked during raids only. that means the same horde of monsters will attack the base as well as other areas in the city. again, since its the same time, the units you dispatch from the base is busy fighting with the field teams. thats why they cant defend the base at the moment. (its not magic) here is a gaming tip. do not send field missions during raid days. keep them on base defences and continue the next day. (1up for the msg)

the game its really cool love this type of game i would love to see a second one after this. i dont want to sound picky but the protagonist should be able to choose the gender that would be cool.

Okay, seriously, this other bug where someone always dies at around -100% danger on home defense is annoying. It's bad enough that every time you respond to a rescue mission you get attacked, but c'mon. I've got 25 gatling guns. How is that artard getting killed??
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why does my guard team just magically disappear when I respond to a distress call and then suddenly my house is raided with no guards defending? Strange bug that one. I do like the design a lot, though. :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If all the bugs were worked out of this game it would be an awesome game, but sadly when all my people simply disappear for apparently no reason at all or when my people fail at missions with a 0% risk it just takes the fun out

Great Game!! Love the open objective design. Just right amount of resource to manage, not overwhelming, doesnt get bored.
1. If you unequip chef's weapon (or swap out), it become police hat, a serious bug that ruin the inventory page: you can not get anymore new weapons.
2. Autosave on quiting game. When you have 60+ survivors, there are times when I am halfway distributing equipment and task when either flash clash (browser's fault) or I have to go off. If I don't start the battle, progress wont be saved.
3. Small warning when from certain day onward, you will be swarmed/ambushed during mission. Seasoned players already roughly know when they should keep a rescue squad on guard duty. Its still an unforgetable nasty surprise when I first played.
4. Show the risk amount during rescue missions. Currently I am only doing rough guessing when sending out rescuers.
5. When displaying survivors, allow sorting according to stats. The most important stats to sort (I guess) is 'Work'.

im sorry i love games like this but this one sucked so bad no matter what i did nothing seemed to make since i went to scavange in a low risk area and brought nothing back and one of them died

My first time and I'm still only lost one person up to day 55, and thats cause I didn't have anyone to send as a rescue lol.
