saved the queen in 46s. addictive and fun, plus the megamanesque music is awesome. flixel has been giving us some pretty cool pixel games in the past months. Adam is the man!

The game is not pure luck, if you actually played it for a while, rather than writing a fuming comment, you would realise that each minigame has the same positions and objects spawn at the same time.

I got 37, and I think I know how to get 36. On the 6th level, you have to use the rolling barrels to give you a boost at the beginning. It's borderline impossible, though.

i love this game, definitely a 5/5... this game is just simple and super fun. it has great concept and great controls. the sequel should be where you control both the queen and the king and you have to escape the crumbling castle... [+] me if you agree!

Dear flash side scroller games, If the player holds the jump button down to jump higher, don't make the player jump again after landing if they happen to still have the jump button down!! It's not a feature, it's a bug, and it doesn't provide a pleasant challenge, it's just annoying.
Otherwise an awesome little game!

This guy puts Mario to shame, his speed and jumping skills are better than he has ever been without a star. He clears entire castles and can get to the queen before the demon in under a minute. Mario has to go through castles 8 times before he gets it right!

typ0, jump on the two right floating bricks (may be tricky, stand half a tile before the 3 spikes, then jump forward - the trick is not to hit the wall where the spike is standing or you won't make it to the bricks), then jump a bit outside of the screen and quickly go back toward the crown.

This could be a great game with a little polishing, but right now the controls are incredibly annoying; sometimes it feels that the king is on autopilot.

Meh i wasn't too impressed. I spent the time getting my time under 60 seconds and felt no sense of achievement when i got my time to 57 seconds. Plus, i like the ending when my time was OVER 60 better. If the finale was actually epic or fun to watch then maybe people would enjoy this more. BTW has this retarded king ever heaard of the invention called a STAIRCASE?!?!?
Even before the castle is really falling apart there is no stupid staircase!

I like it!
I love the simplicity of the game witch makes it easier to see what you have to do!
But a little too short... Probably cause it's called "60s".
Some thing that could be improved would be:
-Some form of tutorial in the beginning. I found myself stuck on the first pair of spikes with no idea of what to do for some time.
-Shorter re-spawn time. seems like an eternity every time you die and have to wait for the black screen to disappear.
But a nice game indeed!
