(4/26/09): For the “Perfect Gentleman Badge”, there are 36 levels in the game. 00, 01, 02, 03, ….., 33, 34, 35. Level 00 counts towards the 36.
Holding ‘Shift’ after reaching the X will restart the level instead of moving to the next one.
