It makes perfect sense! The story has absolutely nothing to do with gameplay in JRPG's if Final Fantasy is anything to go by.

When you first begin, hold the left arrow key and right click. Then, click somewhere out of the game, and you will get infinite exp without losing life. + to help others in need.

if you hold down the right and the left arrow keys you will run on the spot.(you will not move at all)use this to power leveling near a check point so you coul heal right awey if you have low life. click (+) so every one will see

I fall into the group that feels indifferent about the gameplay, but it was very creative, so I had to favorite it, even with a kinda low score. I felt that even though the point is to have a silly story, the least you could do was proof-read it before hitting submit.

Haha, it's funny because the HP:EXP ratio is pretty much linear, too. You will always get the same amount of EXP for a point of HP.
And it's a Linear RPG, so... get it?
