I really like this game! Though it's a bit to cartoon-like for me, it's a fun challenge to play :) But why doesn't each weapon do the same thing?

Just a thought, I have played this quite a bit (And got all the badges), and on several different browsers. It would be nice if there was a way to skip the tutorial.

How do you unlock the customazation feature? I think in Rogue Soul 2 it should be unlocked after you beat the game, or when you get to a certain zone. Awnser my question about the customaztion please :3

For those who are confused about the looting % being off. Getting medals at challenges (not missions) also give loot.

I gave several flowers to Souly while standing on the roof of tower but I still don't have a "Candle" loot. Is it bug or I should give it to her under the roof not on it?

Is it normal that, when i only need to get the "defeat two black captains in a row"-loot and have gold trophies, i'm only at 68 % loot?

it's a little akward when your saved file gets viped and you play again and the first time you get over 5000 gold and he says '' i made it '' with dramatic music in the background.

This game is too much punishment and too little reward. So I jump around like crazy to collect parachutes? Which are not really a boost, but a NECESSARY item to advance? And then I jump even more to get flowers and even yet more to give them to the ladies, and my reward is DOUBLE JUMPS? Really, this game is so stingy and petty that it's almost cruel, the lack of motivation to proceed is infuriating, AND the sloppy controls only add insult to the injury. This game isn't just hard, it's boring and unexciting. And, really, does anyone else find it ridiculous that the game slows down to show the guy jumping off a platform to land on a pile of hay, as if it was an ultra difficult stunt? The guy can jump higher than that and land on his two feet and just keep running, without even stopping to brush the dust off his clothes. Really, this game pisses off the player and laughs at him.

I completely disagree with the whining about the lack of upgrades, it makes this game old school in a way that a lot of kongregaters aren't used to anymore. The whole reason that I came back every time for over a year now, is that it doesn't get any easier. The only way to go forward is getting better; that's an actual challenge and more motivation than anything else. Please don't change that principle in a sequel, it's awesome!

i really liked the concept of the game. probably one of my favorite on kongregate, but it felt like it was just a part of a game, and it was missing things. in a sequel (hopefully there is one) i think it would be nice to be able to purchase upgrades with your collected coins. also i like the concept of the whole constant running thing, however it would be nice if there was a regular mode where you just ran about and then an endless running mode that would be the same as it is now. lastly maybe a bit of a storyline?
One new game will be release very soon. It's a bit smaller than Rogue Soul, but you might enjoy it as well I hope. Then later, another big Soul Adventure is planned, we already work on it. Thanks for your support.

Ya, but I got into that habit early on and now for the first couple of zones its all well and good but when I die I usually have like 30 of them... Same could be said for parachutes, I just did a test run to see how many double jumps i'd have and ran out of parachutes... ...I hope your next game is as good as this.

Walkthrough: 1) Running forward while sliding kills anything with the right timing. 2) Never hesitate. 3) stay about 1/3 from the left of the screen, 2/3 from the right if you aren't doing anything such as avoiding death or killing enamies.

love this game, still think going backwards is too difficult, if it was a little faster it would be much better- still a fantastic game tho

I think there should be armor on the map because it is very useful and can help you get farther without spending hours.
