Same problem where I apparently missed one zombie, and thus my cure-o-meter has not been filled. could this be a problem with the glass wall killing the zombies, perhaps?

I've came back to play this game soooo many damn times >.> Though having a few civilians blooming spontaneously combust into zombies when they are like only a few paces away from the town is a pretty crappy thing to have...

I'll be honest, the concept of this game is a great one, and I do like the material and equipment gathering. Sadly, though, the combat feels... boring. Not to mention the camera's zoomed out *way* too far and the field just feels empty with everything spaced out so far. Good game, but much room for improvement.

shoot was NOT working for me. i found 10 shiny machine guns but i died on first night anyway because i couldnt shoot >.>

i really love it although i wish it would be longer , have some upgrading and that i could know what the items are for example i dont know if alcohol bottles give glass or water or both or if a plank gives more wood than a log or if it is the other way around etc. anyway i have tons of other ideas but i think that this ones dont require lot of work and are quite easy to implement looking forward to village of nightmares 2
5/5

Could be so much better like being able to use found weapons, items that help looting and tree cutting, weapon upgrades for defece, mines barbed wire etc. Items that boost travelling speed i.e car or bike. All survivors help defend not just 1 weapon (could be buyable upgrade) etc etc.
Brilliant concept just not enough work done on it :)

I like the way that its almost rare to find guns my first attempt i lost and had only base ball bats and such , my 2nd game i scavenged 2 guns in a building and More baseball bats and that was enough for me to win the game.

Im disappointed. there are sooooo many melee weapons as loot but nobody besides you fights with your pathetic pistol (because in Soviet Russia, only one person needs to do everything, and they will do it as equally as possible). 3/5.

lol whaat??? 1 of each of the chemicals makes the cure? pretty lame lol maybe its whatever u put in will be the cure 0.o

great base but if you squads in town they should assist you in shooting my cursor can'tkill the zed fast enough especially at 1 bullet per hour >:(

its a good concept but the battle part is harder, i was expecting it to be more like the new game, rebuild but it was alot harder. 2 out of 5

i may have just been lucky and found alot of guns or my game glitched but i was able to hold down the mouse and fire full auto at a very good rate that allowed me to defend well even on later days. also its kind of a pain how anyone outside instantly zombifies i'd think theyd have to at least be touched by zombies to change becase nothings more annoying than mis calculating time and having time run out with your survivors in the block next to your town

This has lots of potential. I'd like to be able to pause to think of my next step. Combat could be much better. But the kernel idea is a great one.

The defense method really blows - it's pretty impossible to survive past a couple of days since the people move too slowly to get enough materials for building heavy defenses, and the shooting-zombies-one-by-one is awful. Cool concept, cool graphics, needs work.

Love gathering and building games and nice use of adding a shooter style to it, but unfortunately it was poorly executed. still going to be a fave tho. 3/5

Game got stuck just before completion, I've shot everyone on the screen with the cure, but apparently Iv'e not not cured them all, despite there being no zombies left. Good game apart from that though

Good concept. I have a few suggestions.
1. I like how the screen darkens when I'm fighting off the zombies, but why is my aiming cursor so dark? Do I not know where my gun is pointed? :)
2. I found six guns, why won't the villagers take any potshots at the zombie horde? Even if they only shot at the close ones, it would be a big help.
3. There's not a lot happening on the screen during the daytime. I think some 'radio' messages from time to time would be something to read and build atmosphere (maybe hint at failed cure formulas too?)

uhhh... The final fight, isn't it just slightly over the top??? i mean... you end up having 50 zombies on your screen... 3/5

Seriously frustrating! Enjoyed the strategy elements of building and gathering, but would have built more defenses before mass producing the cure had there been any indication that doing so would cause me to be swarmed by zombies.
The shooting was really slow. I found myself yelling at the lil game people to fire the darn guns. What was that? Reload time? Apparently only one villager was shooting since they needed time to reload after each shot.
And where was a save option? Come on.

4/5 good concept but as it has been said the combat system is dumb. they got to my walls and only then could i shoot them. while they were doing damage. make the combat system better and itll be 5/5

Day two, found cure. Day three, built advanced lab. That night, one zombie slips through defenses into the city. City's life begins plummeting to zero in 5 seconds for no apparent reason.
