Yes! Found the cure! pop up: battle in 3 minutes-protect the city until the cure is mass produced. Ok I can do this! (3 minutes later a couple million zombies storm the city and all you hear is Chuck Norris squad yelling " WTF!!!!") Rage Quit!!!

Interesting concept, but horrible gameplay. After two days I have looted all the available buildings and do not ever get enough resources to build more than two structures (loopholes and ladders). After that I can't build anything else because there are no resources available to loot except trees. If I'm lucky I'll find an smg in one of the buildings so I can defend for a couple days, but I don't always find a gun and if I don't it's immediately game over.

To get a faster-firing weapon, you need to collect more. The car park and cave have been useful to me.
To get a wider cross-hair (so you can wipe them out quickly) you need upgrade. The towers are a great upgrade.

Okay, I know this is repetitive but remove the defense part! I would play this for hours on end if I didn't lose all my people in a single night to zombies. I guess I am just not that great at shooters or something but I love sims and I love zombies.

i may have just been lucky and found alot of guns or my game glitched but i was able to hold down the mouse and fire full auto at a very good rate that allowed me to defend well even on later days. also its kind of a pain how anyone outside instantly zombifies i'd think theyd have to at least be touched by zombies to change becase nothings more annoying than mis calculating time and having time run out with your survivors in the block next to your town

This has lots of potential. I'd like to be able to pause to think of my next step. Combat could be much better. But the kernel idea is a great one.

The defense method really blows - it's pretty impossible to survive past a couple of days since the people move too slowly to get enough materials for building heavy defenses, and the shooting-zombies-one-by-one is awful. Cool concept, cool graphics, needs work.

wow I got an awful glitch where the zombies attacked but a loot message blocked the screen and i lost..... the combat needs a lot of work too.

Either it's sometimes impossible to win, or I just can't find stuff, because even with the cure, I couldn't find enough resources to build the advanced lab.

i am always amazed at such games. hundreds of workhours and those programmers cannot do a few beta tests with their friends???? Could not even manage the first fight. Need easy missions at first then increasing difficulties...

Combat makes the game fail. Day 5 i found the cure but still needed a lab upgrade..looted every building and still not enough guns to survive a 300 zombie swarm?

While this could be a great game, I have to rate it down due to the combat. Too many zombies and a slow firing weapon with absolutely no assistance is just plain bad.
I made it to the 4th day before being completely swarmed.

LMAO first try what the mixture of the cure was and I had it right xD
It was 3ml / 4ml / 7 ml / 2 ml
I do not know if it is the same for every game you play dunno but you can try it =)

This is quite the unpolished diamond... I'll be honest... this is something, thich needs more work. And by more, I mean MORE. The looting and building system is quite good, and because we have the speedup buttons it is enjoyable as well... But the fight is far from anything a zombiegame needs... I mean where are the braiiiiiinz, and blood and everything... some 20 pixel tall thing is coming at my fort with some laughable speed. Please work more on this because this has potential!!!

2/5 because its unplayable you die in the first night. This would desrve a 1/5 but you should upgrade it.... just too hard.

I'm in the first battle now and it has lasted me longer than the scavenging period. Apparently the zombies doesn't want to leave the comforting darkness so I can shoot them, some seem to be moving towards the camp at a threatening pace of one pixel every five seconds.
This is a game breaker for me. :/

Damn, I've got some crack scientists working for me. Found the cure to zombieism in just over 60 hours. 3/5 for the game, I think this is a great foundation to make a game from, but it's far from complete. Oh, and why does every zombie game have the zombies go nuts once you start working on a cure? How could they know, and why would it matter to them even if they did?

Love gathering and building games and nice use of adding a shooter style to it, but unfortunately it was poorly executed. still going to be a fave tho. 3/5

Sweet. Loved the graphics, combat, animations of people, I just plain.........loved it (have to say it again), just everything about it was great and for those of you who find the shooting too slow, find weapons like guns.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i have to agree... great concept, poor execution. needs more building variety and a way for your citizens to do the shooting. it doesn't always work when you try to combine a strategy game with a shooter. keep it pure strategy and it will be alot more fun. i'm sure shooter fans also find it lacking on the shooter side.

Game got stuck just before completion, I've shot everyone on the screen with the cure, but apparently Iv'e not not cured them all, despite there being no zombies left. Good game apart from that though

Just finished the game on my first run through, in 64 hours. Got the cure on my first try too. I didn't find the combat very hard (especially after I built Towers) but I think it would be more interesting if I could arm my squads, maybe even direct them to defend key positions, with me acting the part of a sniper to pick off individual zombies.
