As per usual with this kind of game, the dev's desperateness to grab money has resulted in a lower quality game than should be made, and more likely less cash than making it f2p and win cash from tips and top spots. 2/5

This is a good game that had a dying community. I remember playing this a long time ago with a huge community and it was the best until my friends started leaving. I hope that being on kongregate, there will be a community again. Terrible playing alone on this game.

@warr2098 At level 9, you've only barely finished the tutorial. You don't even have pirate mode till level 10, and you're saying you finished Vega, and started Anteres. At level 9. 1. There's no possible way a level 9 could complete Vega and enter Antares without some real serious help, and even then you must have orbit grinded. 2. Bare minimum level for Ant is 18, with top tech open at 20. A level 9 has no business there to beginwith. Yes. You're gonna die, and die fast. Stick to Vega till you're strong enough to survive Terasa. But then if ya knew enough to orbit rush through Vega in the first place, I think you knew all this already. ;)

@nexgen if the game is loading very slowly(at the very beginning before the character selection/creation screen comes) i have heard it is cause of your cpu your computer generates it loads very slowly for me at the very beginning but on my parents new comp it loads in like 5 sec so....

@mersumies 85% of the time the orbit your in to get the mission is on that planet sometimes you have to go to another planet to do the mission one in sol is got in orbit of mars and you have to go to earth to do oh and also sometime it says that you have to go to i.e earth....

thats kinda the point. i shouldn't have to go to sirius for cryo. i should be able to go to places like Molikar or Gazica or Earth and be able to get a good amount of cryo.

Nice game, but is there something to toggle autofire on/off or something like that? Pressing 1 all the time is making my finger tired.

I played this game and when I got into it, I noticed a lot of things. 1. When entering a new system, grinding is mostly what you need to do. Especially when you get to the higher system. After the 2nd or 3rd system, you will need some help to do the missions cause they get tough. They are still updating this game frequently and it's been improved a LOT. The only thing I would change are how much exp you get and maybe get some gold if you kill any rare mantis.

It never ceases to amaze me that all these trash mmos that spring up on Kongregate every 3 days or so with their 1980's looking gameplay and clear intentions to get some dollars from 6 year olds stealing daddy's credit card are "award winning".
What awards have they won? Who gives out those awards? The dev's mother?
When does the "award winning" happen? Every monday?

I think that to attract more people to the game and keep your current players you need to make it easier to get cryonite or lower the price of everything you can buy with cryonite to reasonable level

if you want more people to join the game, then start making events for the little guys you are rank 5 or below, maybe give them a little rare blueprint like the x jet

The game is good, but the rares should come more frequently, and regular blueprints should come more often. And about the missions, the missions should be restricted by level, if your not a certain level or above, you cant do it, that way new guys are not complaining that the missions are to hard for them.

Dear Split Screen Studios, I must say that your little 'trilogy', as I see it, is wonderful and has potential, good graphics, and indeed three very interesting types of combat. Despite the quality of these online games, being some of the best browser F2Ps I've ever played, they have some major flaws concerning immersion and keeping the players motivated to keep playing. Number one, for Pirate Galaxy, would be the experience curve and the lack of immersion while in combat. As far as I know, pressing keys and moving around while fighting the Mantis does nothing except maybe getting me out of cannon range or aggroing more unto me. I would ask for something more entertaining, like allowing the game to be an actual space shooter, where we used a mouse to aim our guns, and had to hold the enemy inside the reticule for several moments before we fired a missile. But I'm sure you never look at comments on this sight so I just wasted my time. + if you agree to any of the above stated thoughts.

@aksuki11: GM's nowadays are very different of eachother, might be a TGM being waaaay too serious. Hope you will stay :)

after not playing for awhile then coming back, it scared me when it played the mission success music, i thought i was getting ambushed somehow lol
