Was a well conceived game to be sure. Found it a bit easy but still interesting. Maybe some other timed items? For example a quick burning item which will stop burning if you dont ignite all quick enough? Or more timer related items with set times so that its more about placement to achieve the desired speed rather than fine tuning fuses. But all in all a brilliant start, with alot of potential in a sequel.

a few tough moments with the timing in the earth stages but the fuses were easy to adjust so it didn't feel impossible

For the time bombs when you go to adjust their position slightly it is annoying how the bombs first center on your cursor. This makes the adjustment twice as hard as you first need to center your mouse as best you can to avoid moving them when just grabbing them, and then of course the task of actually moving them.

Nice game, not frustrating, maybe a liiitle bit too easy for freaky puzzle fans, but i enjoyed it. but one thing i have to criticise: the time the game is waiting after the last detonation is a bit short. sometimes i know one bit of wood would reach the fire, but it was time out before it could. it limits the imagination for different solutions which would work, too.
Thanks, I did already increase these timeouts a few times, especially on the sky levels. I really thought they would be long enough! Will look at increasing again...

Nice, clean, responsive, fast intuitive user interface. Good physics, smooth movement, etc. A simple, straightforward game that was a pleasure to complete.

Absolutely fantastic game. Only thing I would have done differently is that since you use the space bar to progress from bomb placing mode to bomb clicking mode, I would like to see the space bar go to the next level at the level complete menu. It is really useful to have it restart the level after the level failed menu pops up, but having it progress to the next level would make a lot of sense in my opinion.

This is the BEST puzzle game on kongregate. If I had kreds,I would donate them. Sorry I don't have any. But good game! I LOVED IT! I agree with Rastilles review.

If you tried to give the game some oriental feel to it, you should probably know that metal is also considered an element in oriental alchemy. Fun and relaxing game by the way!

Nice if fairly easy puzzler. The one thing that bugged me was the reset button, I several times accidentally clicked it twice quickly and ended up removing my bombs while I was fine tuning the fuses.

One of the more cleverly designed puzzle games I've come across on this site. Clean mechanics and challenging puzzles makes for one happy gamer. Well done, Squid! 5/5

Fantastic game. First 5/5 for me in a while. Great music and gameplay - you show that a simple concept can make an amazing game. The only criticism that I have is similar to some other comments - the end of level timer ends things a tad too soon, I have seen the last wooden piece floating toward the fire then I "fail". I know it only means there's a faster solution though.

Good game, so 4/5 Stars. Only problem is that for some levels it fails you even though in a few more seconds you would beat the level. Make it so that the level only ends when you tell it too, and it will get 5 Stars.

Man..first a sequel to Zombotron and now this. Even better since I've been playing such shit lately. Why does this only have 3.78?? It's so much better than that. It is tough for a medium though. But as for the game itself, I love it. Great job guys. It's always nice to see a well done, unique puzzle game.

It's kind of simple, boring and too much trial and error. Breezing through 30 levels in under 10 minutes isn't fun, but tedious.

Great game.... I love how the each element adds difficulty to the game. Not too hard, but not a game where you can beat every level on your first try. 5 stars all the way.

Really nice game!
Only thing that bugs me is that u dont get the exact same timing when you restart the earth levels. Sometimes is goes in with x.5 seconds and sometimes u need x.7 seconds to do the exact same thing. oO

Very good game. Nice variety in the levels, and satisfying when you get some of the harder timed puzzles right. Overall it was a bit short and easy, but still a 5/5 puzzle game, good job.

The sequel should have the twelve elements from... Elements. Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Gravity, Time, Aether, Death, Darkness, Light, Life, and Entropy. 12 in all. And stick in Balance, maybe, as a secret set of levels when you beat them all? PS. Move the timed bombs to Time. (duh :D)

Maybe you need the earlier levels to teach the player the game mechanics, but I felt like the "earth" levels were by far the most entertaining and original part of the game. I also like that you can use the bombs to block paths. 4/5
